A 25-year-old man faces a felony charge after authorities say he managed to bypass airport gate agents and board a full United Airlines flight to Los Angeles using a fake boarding pass, triggering an explosives sweep that forced every passenger off the aircraft.
Abdulrahman Oriyomi was arrested Friday morning and charged with felony impairing or interrupting the operation of a critical infrastructure facility. The charges stem from an incident last month at Houston’s George Bush Intercontinental Airport.

Thank goodness the incident didn’t end with an explosion on the packed plane. Someday we won’t be so lucky.
The now ended demand for everyone taking their shoes off before a flight began with the passenger airplane in flight incident of a man carrying flexible explosives in his shoes and trying to set them off onboard.
FBI website summary:
On December 22, 2001, Reid boarded American Airlines Flight 63, which was traveling from Paris, France, to Miami, Florida. He packed about 10 ounces of plastic explosives into the hollowed-out bottoms of his shoes.
Reid struggled to light the fuse because moisture from his sweaty feet dampened the match and explosives. Passengers and flight crew noticed the smoke and his suspicious behavior, quickly jumping in to subdue and restrain him.
The pilots diverted the plane to Logan International Airport in Boston, where Massachusetts State Police arrested Reid. FBI bomb technicians later determined the explosive would have been enough to blow a hole in the plane’s fuselage.
In 2003, Reid pleaded guilty to eight terrorism-related charges and was sentenced to multiple life terms in federal prison.

The closer we get to July 4th, the more incidents that will take place. All it takes is one to be successful for the DEMs and the MSM to run with it 24/7.
All this over the top security is BS anyhow.
It was far better the way it was pre 9-11.
They should get rid of the TSA all together. A waste of >9 billion USD a year which could be better spent elsewhere.
How many of the folks stocking the aircraft with food and drinks are questionable?
There are ways of concealing an explosive.
There are far to many people to screen, with uncertain identities, or who are simply unknown quantities...
There are to many vectors where an explosive device can get put on an aircraft.
The real security is provided long before the nut job or terrorist decides to go through with his plan.
All this super security at airports has caused is a huge waste of tax money with ZERO terrorists caught since the TSAs inception!
It has caused people to miss their flights. It’s a huge pain in the ass, a stress and inconvenience, that accomplished NOTHING other than a show of force for the public.
Our TSA is akin to the Mexicans and all their road checkpoints that accomplish nothing as the drugs fly over their head or gets moved literally to the left or right of the checkpoint by one mile. All these Mexican checkpoints serve is to show the people the government is doing something, which they in reality are not (they are too corrupt and don’t want to deal with the consequences of going after the cartels for real). It’s a show.
I can’t even take these clowns at the airport serious, but they have power, and little unimportant people with power like to show you that they have power. So you have to play their idiot clown games.
So security is that weak that a fake boarding pass gets you all the way onto a plane. WTH, TSA?
