Riots immediately erupted in the French capital following Paris Saint-Germain’s victory over London’s Arsenal Football Club in the Champions League Final on Saturday.
In a press conference on Sunday morning, French Interior Minister Laurent Nuñez revealed that a 24-year-old man died after a scooter accident on the Paris ring road, while a 17-year-old is currently in hospital in life-threatening condition after being stabbed in the 16th arrondissement.
Nuñez said that a total of 780 arrests were made across the country in relation to the Champions League Final, representing a 30 per cent increase over last year.
According to updated figures from Interior Minister Laurent Nuñez, at least 416 people have been arrested throughout France on Sunday, including 283 in Paris. At least seven police officers were injured during the rioting, including one seriously, Le Figaro reported.
In addition to clashes with police and setting fires, Minister Nuñez said that 15 cities across the country experienced looting, including multiple instances in cities such as Grenoble, Strasbourg, and Rennes.

A huge fire was started at the foot of the Eiffel Tower.
Notice how they chant “Allahu Akbar.” This is a religious war, and this is their way of saying “we own the place now.”
The Champs-Élysées area is being destroyed, with migrant gangs reportedly even attempting to set fire to the Arc de Triomphe.
A literal war zone.
They set fire to Notre Dame a few years ago. Nothing happened.

Interesting how the French can arrest “hundreds” in one of their riots, but we’re only able to arrest a handful of rioters and insurrectionists at a time here in the U. S., even when we have live video evidence.
The New Jersey riots are a prime example of probably thousands of violent rioters attacking law enforcement and destroying property, knowing that local law enforcement has stand down orders. So very few, if any are being held accountable . . .
