Lavrov spoke with Rubio over the phone and, according to a readout, drew Rubio’s attention to the Russian Foreign Ministry statement advising the United States and other countries with representative offices in Kyiv to “ensure the evacuation of their diplomatic personnel and other citizens from the capital of Ukraine.”

Oh sorry - put "Kiev" in keywords... not KEEeeeeEEEEVe.

A nice way of saying "get your spooks out or else."

Ukraine, with the help of the Brits, thought it a good idea to drone Russian school kids. Now all of Russia is enraged and any progress made or handshakes in Alaska are finished.

Surprised Russia hasn't zotted Zelensky himself yet.

After we assassinated Iran's leadership - along with their families and even their children - we made it okay to target heads of state... right?

Handcuff Victoria Nuland to Sniffy the Clown and give the Rooskies their coords. That should help smooth things between us a little.

Hope Putin continues to suffer mightily until he withdraws from Ukraine in humiliation.

I would tend to think diplomatic personnel and their housing are not in areas of military value.

If Lavrov wants the spies and military attaches out, he should have just asked for that.

“Vladimir Putin has promised retaliation after accusing Ukraine of carrying out a deadly attack on a student dormitory in an occupied part of eastern Ukraine.

“Eighteen people were killed and 42 others injured”

“Ukraine’s military said it had hit the headquarters of Russia’s elite Rubicon drone military unit in Starobilsk. It did not say whether it was the same building as the one identified by Russia.”

“there’s one weapon, more than any other, that’s helping take down Russian drones: cheap interceptor drones.”

“Ukraine is now producing more than 1,000 of these kinds of drones a day.”

Surprised Russia hasn't zotted Zelensky himself yet.

When ever something big is going on Zelensky the miscreant absconds to far distant places,...Maybe Monaco to check out his bank account...houses and the super-cars in the garage.....spit.

Anyway....he might want to stay there as the Ukraine corruption office has him and spouse in the crosshairs.

Ukraine is bankrupt ...Instead of the normal prisoner exchange of a few hundred prisoners and those diseased,,,,the Russians dropped a couple of freezer container loads of dead bodies.

Relatives supposed to get something like $1000K compensation...we talking something like $1Billion.

Ukraine has warnings of Russian missile attacks, with the the government bunkers 100 meters underground.

The Russian Kh-47M2 Kinzhal has an estimated concrete penetration depth of several meters (typically 2-3 meters)

Zelensky’s Command Bunker: President Volodymyr Zelensky operates from a highly classified, subterranean complex. Referred to technically as ChZ-417, this complex lies roughly 93 to 96 meters underground and is designed to withstand massive aerial bombardments. It features independent air filtration, diesel generators, medical bays, and living quarters

To put it in perspective, a sizable fraction of Ukrainian nationals have already evacuated.

Actually, if targeting the head of state of a country was a priority, Ukraine could've have taken Putin out a long time ago. Putin's whereabouts are always known by Ukraine's intelligence agents. Even Ukraine's lone satellite, can spot him from space. ;-)

So, be careful what you wish for.

Ukraine is bankrupt ...Instead of the normal prisoner exchange of a few hundred prisoners and those diseased,,,,the Russians dropped a couple of freezer container loads of dead bodies.

Great insane imagination, but, bankrupt applies more to Russia than Ukraine, since the those bankrolling Ukraine are, Ukraine itself and most of Europe. Russia has an economy that's virtually dead, and dying even more with each Ukrainian strike against Russian oil fields and oil refineries and oil loading docks.

The prisoners' exchange is a sham, which Russia uses for propaganda purposes, as they ALWAYS make sure to return more Ukrainians than they receive Russian troops. Those dead troops being brought to Ukraine are very likely Russian bodies, just for the sake of propaganda that indicates that Ukraine is suffering more losses. But the REAL facts say that Russia is now losing at least 5 troops casualties to each Ukrainian.

But, keep deceiving yourself; the facts don't allow for deception.

Fast or not, it sounds like he's doing his job, and doing it well.

Meanwhile, Putin can't leave his country, but has a good defense around his mansion, with most of the Russian S-300 and S-400 missile defense missiles now centered around his domiciles. Putin knows that Ukraine is not targeting civilians, so he felt that the defense systems were not needed to defend Russian citizens, but he does live in constant fear for his life, so, he's moved the missile defense systems to his home(s).

Thanks for sharing today's talking points from the Russian intelligence services.

You should know that Ukraine didn't strike any "Russian school kids" unless you consider young men attending training at places like Fort Bragg "school kids."
