Agree NYC is Mamdani’s fish bowl they will live as he wishes.
The New York Times is surprised that it’s young communist hero, Zohran Mamdani, is not making good economic decisions.
It didn’t take long for even The N.Y. Times to wake up.
How is it possible educated people can be so deluded and misled? They all want to live in a tiny house(doll house) and sip Starbucks all day while some unknown force creates wealth for them.
Zero Qualifications Mamdani knows Zero about what a mayor is suppose to do
Hove ever been there some communist leader concerned with economic development?
All they case is social justice and the wrongs committed by capitalists!
Like all of CaCaLand, NYC will subsidize everything it needs on Fed dollars, taxpayer $$, YOUR $$.
So long as the beast gets fed from any direction it will expand.
Above all else, Mamdani is a Muslim and whatever he does will be beneficial to Islam’s war on the world.

Mami is the biggest clown elected to office.
I’d bet the New York Times endorsed this communist.
Most anything sensible & lasting seems low on his list. What could you expect from a communist?

Of course economic development is not a priority. He’s a communist. Redistribution is all that matters. He will never run out of other people’s money.
'Education' can mean a lot of things.
Mamdani made no bones about what he is and what he stands for during his campaign. He campaigned as a communist and it appears that is what the voters of NY City want.
Now he’s busy appropriating property for “the people”
“Mayor Zohran Mamdani has proposed seizing apartment buildings from negligent landlords through his “Block by Block” housing plan, aiming to transfer ownership to community land trusts, nonprofits, or tenants.”
He gets to define who and what a “negligent” landlord is, most likely any given landlord.
Following in the footsteps of the old Soviet bosses who also demonized “evil landlords” - it took 70 years - and up to 100 million deaths - before the old Soviet Union imploded on the pack of lies that had been its doctrine.
Yet I would vote for zero qualifications Pratt for LA Mayor in a heartbeat.
Mamdani is all about emptying the city of those pesky achievers, so to buy up property & businesses on the cheap.
And then, to rule over those foolish enough to remain.
Following the Castro model, where the State owns all for the enrichment of the Party.
Turning NYC into Cuba.
