"The Blockade will remain in full force and effect until an agreement is reached, certified, and signed. Both sides must take their time and get it right," Trump writes
President Trump said on Sunday that he has told U.S. negotiators "not to rush into a deal" with Iran at this time.
On Saturday, Trump had said that a peace deal with Iran was "largely negotiated."
Trump emphasized that the U.S. naval blockade will "remain in full force" in the meantime.
"One of the worst deals ever made by our Country was the Iran Nuclear Deal, put forth and signed into existence by Barack Hussein Obama and the rank amateurs of the Obama Administration. It was a direct path to Iran developing a Nuclear Weapon. Not so with the transaction currently being negotiated with Iran by the Trump Administration - THE EXACT OPPOSITE, in fact!" Trump wrote in an update on Truth Social.
"The negotiations are proceeding in an orderly and constructive manner, and I have informed my representatives not to rush into a deal in that time is on our side. The Blockade will remain in full force and effect until an agreement is reached, certified, and signed. Both sides must take their time and get it right. There can be no mistakes! Our relationship with Iran is becoming a much more professional and productive one. They must understand, however, that they cannot develop or procure a Nuclear Weapon or Bomb," he added.
In the post, Trump thanked Arab countries of the Middle East for their support and cooperation, which he said "will be further enhanced and strengthened by their joining the Nations of the historic Abraham Accords and, who knows, perhaps the Islamic Republic of Iran would like to join, as well!"

ONe day one word, next day another. Sometimes one needs think their position through before engaging the press as waffling does nothing but undercutting those doing the lifting.

I don’t think Trump would have had that conference call with every leader if this wasn’t a done deal. They’re just waiting for the end of Hajj and, of course, Trump is trying to project strength in the meantime. But if the policies of the “deal” are weak he’ll just end up looking buffoonish to all but his fan club. People are done with the politics as entertainment Trump reality show. It had a good run but its over. They want policy and governence results.

I thought the bombing of the bridges and power centers was supposed to take place in a few days, a couple weeks ago... More recently Trump answered a reporter saying the bombing was almost within an hour of happening, and since then we’re still in negotiations? Iran should be groveling but they’re stalling...
I believe the “waffling” is causing his polls to drop.

Due to this groupthink disaster, most developing nations will increasingly chose Chinaβs Belt and Road infrastructure offers over the the IMF usury and dollar debt shackles. Every one of these idiotic wars takes a bite out of a declining empire and we still have Cuba, Greenland, Taiwan, Canada and Turkey cued up for regime change quagmire.
Is anyone keeping track on the dwindling Strategic oil reserve levels?
