Ted Cruz Reads The Democrat Record… Then Mazie Hirono FREEZES
YouTube ^ | 05/21/2026 | MrLboyd Reacts

Posted on 05/22/2026 12:21:21 AM PDT by SmokingJoe

This video features a commentary on a heated exchange between Senator Ted Cruz and Senator Mazie Hirono during a Senate Judiciary Committee hearing regarding voting rights, gerrymandering, and the historical record of racial discrimination in the United States.

Key Highlights:

Cruz’s Historical Argument: Senator Ted Cruz challenges Democratic claims about the history of racial discrimination in the U.S. by highlighting the historical connection between the Democratic Party and policies such as Jim Crow laws, poll taxes, literacy tests, and the founding of the Ku Klux Klan (0:43 - 2:41).

Contrasting Republican History: Cruz emphasizes that the Republican Party was founded to oppose slavery and credits Abraham Lincoln with the Emancipation Proclamation and the passage of the 13th, 14th, and 15th Amendments (0:08 - 0:36, 1:56 - 2:31).

Arguments on Representation: Cruz criticizes the Democratic view that specific congressional districts must be racially gerrymandered to elect African-American or Hispanic representatives. He points to several black Republican lawmakers—such as Tim Scott, Burgess Owens, Byron Donalds, John James, and Wesley Hunt—who were elected in districts that were not drawn solely based on race (3:24 - 5:58).

Commentator Perspectives: The video creator, MrLboyd, offers his perspective on these political dynamics, arguing that the Democratic Party currently pushes racialized politics, while Republicans focus on merit. He suggests that many Americans are tired of the focus on identity politics and prefer to move past what he characterizes as manufactured racial issues (7:12 - 11:10).

The democrats had Robert Byrd (D) as their senate leader and he was a big KKK member. Biden is also a racist and pedophile.

Right now Democrats are doing everything they can to give the victory to Iran. They rather have the World exposed to the risk of nuclear annililation than give Trump a win. I could go on all day listing all the evil contained In the party of evil . The only thing RATs are good at is fooling some people with their lies.

Keiko Hirono’s entire immigration narrative needs to be looked in to . Very likely she and her mom snuck into this country illegally after WW2.Her mother claiming “ spousal abuse” from her Japanese husband , in Japan. When/ where has that ever been a cause allowed for immigration? Also; what was her father’s status in the Imperial Japanese Army during the war? All Japanese males had to serve . He was a ‘veterinarian....Unit 713 had vets... Inquiring minds would like to know.

Did you mean unit 731?.

"However, many key figures, including Ishii, were granted immunity by the United States in exchange for their research data. The Truman administration concealed the unit's crimes and paid stipends to former personnel."

Let me add on to that if he repented and turned away from that later in life, good for him. However, their standard is if any Republican said something even perceived as being insensitive 30 years ago it is totally disqualifying. But they had someone with that in their background as their Majority and Minority leader and chairman of powerful committees - and during the times he was *still* in office they pushed people out of leadership or out of office entirely merely for comments made perceived to be inappropriate.

Great take down by Cruz. This is probably the fourth time he’s run that line of questioning in a committee hearing. It’s great every time. And I like this youtuber - but I am tired of the clickbait title bs - on what planet did Hirono freeze? Stop the clickbait crap.

And 60s “civil rights” legislation was designed to create the new plantation which has largely succeeded, and just like in the civil war the dems don’t want their plantation like control destroyed.

So they do like they always do project

How a person this stupid can even manage to breathe is remarkable 😂
