The Democratic National Committee has finally released an outside review of 2024 campaign losses that the party says was delivered unfinished and full of unverified claims about problems and solutions.
DNC Chairman Ken Martin, facing internal criticism for a decision to shelve the report after he received it late last year, apologized in a Substack post accompanying the report for withholding the document until now.
"When I received the report late last year, it wasn't ready for primetime," Martin wrote. "Not even close. And because no source material was provided, fixing it would have meant starting over, from the beginning – every conversation, every interview, every data set."
The 192-page document, written by Paul Rivera, a Democratic consultant unaffiliated with the Biden and Harris campaigns, is missing key sections like a conclusion, an executive summary and even "Notes for the reader."

Asking for post event performance analysis by the left is a problem that triggers the Alinsky ruling class in political circles. Their immediate reaction is so steeped in Alinsky thought that they see any criticism as unbased accusations. The reflex response to that is to “Accuse Your Accuser”, thus insulating yourself to the scrutiny that you hired consultants to provide you. It just degrades into circular logic.
They got away with running sham candidates Obama in 2008 and Biden in 2020.
Harris in 2024 was simply a bridge too far.

While she made all kinds of mistakes, her loss was a lot more down to bad luck.
Gaza and the transgender stuff were issues she didn’t choose, that neither Biden nor Clinton had faced, and were pure lose-lose; go left and she loses more centrist support than she wins on the left, go right and loses more on the left than centrist support she wins.
No one counted on Musk and his friends spending a billion dollars on the race and spending it incredibly well. Republican Presidential independent expenditures were low IQ at best in 2016 and 2020, and were outright scams of gullible billionaires by political consultants in 2008 and 2012 ... no one saw a high IQ bottomless checkbook effort coming.

IF they’d forced Biden out after the mid-terms and given kackles around two years to be prez it may have helped her. OR, it may have been an even bigger revelation as to how bad she really was.

The 81m that (supposedly) voted for Biden in 2020 dropped to 73m in 2024, instead of increasing at about 1.1% annually as the population did. They should have expected 84m votes... which means that anywhere from 8-11m DEMOCRATS were more motivated by Sleepy Joe than they were by "historic" Kamala Harris.
The "racist and misogynistic" folks who refused to vote for her were Dems, not Pubbies.
