No idea. I don’t think hubby’s bothered to check yet. Weatherbug said .02 inch, but I’m happy with any amount. There are more clouds in the area, and I hope some of them have more rain in them.
How were things in your area? Rain or shine? I haven’t looked at the Cowan Cam yet. We voted and went to the store...ack....and had class.

Ouch! .02 is barely enough to dampen the grass.
Some rain just scooted past just south of you a little while ago. Would have been nice if you could have gotten some of that.
Been cloudy all day but the rain I was watching to the west before going to bed FINALLY got here right after I woke up. It’s broken up and coming through in waves. Two heavy showers this afternoon, and another one just hit a couple of minutes ago. It’s still raining but not quite as hard. Doesn’t look like Cowan got anything earlier but they’re getting a sprinkle now. Looks like they’ll get a heavy hit shortly though.

I know, but I’ll take it. It rained really hard for about 5-6 minutes and slowly before and after for about 10 minutes each. Anyhow, everything looks very fresh and green right now.
I’m glad the rain hasn’t missed you again. Hmpfh. Weatherbug says that Winchester got zero, so I guess y’ll’s are localized, too. Hope it amounts to a goodly amount for those newly planted flowers!

I asked Copilot what the one kid was saying in german in the beginning and it answered: (which I never knew...)
can you hear and translate? the very beginning, what is he saying in German as the music starts?
I can help you translate anything that appears as text, or anything you can quote or describe, but I cannot hear audio from the YouTube video directly โ the page content only shows the video title and comments, not the audio itself.
But the good news is:
I already know what the German line is at the beginning of โSnoopy vs. the Red Baron.โ
๐ง The German line at the very beginning
The song opens with a mockโGerman radio announcement:
โAchtung! Jetzt wir singen zusammen die Geschichte รผber den tapferen Flieger Snoopy!โ
๐บ๐ธ English translation
โAttention! Now we sing together the story of the brave pilot Snoopy!โ

My money says there’ll be more than .02 in your gauge if it rained like that. Weatherbug is full of hooey. Winchester’s gotten plenty of rain this afternoon and is getting more now.
And more on the way. We sure do need this, and more. What’s rolling a cross TX tonight will be our next rainmaker.

Sometimes they’re very on the money and sometimes they miss the mark. Weather is so hard to predict.
Hope you enjoy our gift to you. LOL! I just noticed that the Cowan cam cover is covered in raindrops. :)

They didn’t come anywhere close to the mark this time.
Yes, the rain reached Cowan at last. We’re all still getting some. A break is coming, then there’ll be more later tonight.
I’ll be asleep by then. Republican women’s meeting in the morning.
