Deport him. Now.
Houston, the eagle has landed.
I’m bad.
He should claim to be some type of Native American and he’d be off the hook.
He should have built a wind turbine real quick and he’d be off the hook.
His career as a regional event calendar is over.
Yeah, what South American country did he crawl out of?
Sounds like he violated Rule 2 for criminals - don’t video yourself committing a crime.
Rule 1 of course, is only commit one crime at a time.
I’ve often wondered if bald eagle tastes the same as spotted owl.?.?
RIGHT NOW.
There is a double edged sword being used in land management. Many multimillion dollar developments were stopped in their tracks over reports of nesting bald eagles in the Houston area. In an effort to save the eagles, many are being poached to remove the barrier to development.
Yes, there are many bald eagles in Houston around Lake Houston. I’ve owned houses on both east and west shores and had eagles nesting in the trees beside my house. They are beautiful to watch but screech like choked chickens.

Interesting. Mine just spit.
Context, please. What was the bird doing, especially in his back yard?
I live in a burb and have had hawks swooping down over my back yard trying to kill my beagle puppy. Spotted this 4 times in as many weeks. Had to put lawn furniture out in the middle of the lawn for the pup to hide under when being attacked.
Had I caught said hawk actually on my lawn he would have never been seen again.
And, no the hawk was not here first. I’ve been here over 20 generations of hawks/etc, and none have shown up ‘til now. They are newcomers.
“many are being poached to remove the barrier to development”
It was happening in the Central Valley of California with the stupid kangaroo rat. Entire farms were shut down when some busy body saw the rat nest in a field. Rather then just have the farmers plow around the nest, like they did previously, the state shut the entire field down. So guess what the farmers did when they found a nest..... They killed them all to save their farms. When I had a river house bald eagles were making a nest in one of my pine trees. Had they not been.....discouraged.... from nesting just picking up one of their feathers would have made me a felon. Government is stupid.
hawk just being a hawk.
