A former Black Lives Matter activist-turned-conservative influencer blasted the social justice organization as a “scam” — and insisted that Democrats are the party of “racism and violence.”
Xaviaer DuRousseau, 29, revealed that he did a complete 180 from his liberal upbringing during the 2020 George Floyd riots as he realized that the movement was a money grab and that he was indoctrinated.
“Once I started looking at the conservative side of the argument, I started realizing, oh, wait, socialism has literally never worked. BLM has always been a scam, and the Democratic Party has always been the party of racism and violence,” DuRousseau said on former NCAA swimmer Riley Gaines’ podcast Wednesday.

Wow.
For fifty years the USA did have “systemic racism” against straight white males, the only peole it was legal to discriminate against, and discrimination against them was required by law.
Let’s hope the scales fall from many more deceived eyes.

That should be the headline every day of the week. Obama blamed America for systemic racism. Consider the systemic racism of the Democrats:
Slavery
Segregation
Indian Removal
Japanese-American internment
Affirmative Action
DEI
Has there ever been any systemic racism in America that did not come from the Democrats?

Which party was most active in passing those laws?
Let us pray that he lives long enough for those wishes to be realized.
Their are few things that the Left hates more than a publicly vocal former Leftist.
And lately the rabid Leftist have little restraint in taking out their enemies.
Like muslims, Leftists cannot tolerate apostates.
In Islam, there is a special circle of Hell for apostates, those that repudiate belief in Mohammed. They are treated worse than unbelievers.
No surprise that Leftists would have this same characteristic in the treatment of apostates that muslims do.

Maybe that’s why Leftist and Muslims like each other so much.
Kindred spirits.
Those are two men that epitomize conservatism, and for good reason.
Blacks would have done far, far better to follow the precepts of Booker T. Washington than those of W.E.B. Dubois a Marxist and racist. I greatly admire Booker T. Washington and his pragmatic doctrine of pushing commerce and work ethic, allowing race relations to follow.
And Thomas Sowell? I have read ten of his books, and his works speak for themselves.
That is what I have always thought.
Too gullible for me.
Some of the best Rush shows were when Walter Williams guest hosted and Sowell called in.
Watching Sowell debate on camera with Leftists was amazing. He had facts at his fingertips, and didn’t make the mistake of ever conceding their false assumptions to them in the faint hope that they would concede his accurate observations and conclusions in turn...as I have seen conservatives do.
He was right, knew he was right, and didn’t give any quarter.
That is why he is one of my heroes on my Freep Page...

I pretty much said the same thing in Post # 1.
I grew up, went to school, got married, got a job when men were paid twice as much as women. Even my husband didn’t think I was worth much. In truth, I was smarter than he was and ended up single earning more than he did.
There are many jobs I couldn’t do. My math would not allow me to be an engineer. Not sure I could be an MD, but I never wanted to deal with sick people.
