Keir Starmer’s grip on power appeared to be slipping away on Monday as more than 70 Labour MPs publicly urged him to set out a timetable for his departure, despite his pledging to fight any challenge.
The prime minister warned the country would “never forgive” Labour for plunging into the chaos of a leadership election – and that he intended to prove his doubters inside and outside the party wrong.

What advantage would it give Starmer to call a snap election in this case? Would he win because opposition to him hasn’t solidified yet?
Did Churchill have to quit for Clement Attlee to replace him after the war or was he voted out specifically?
The Davos crowd need an unfeeling deaf detached from reality type to remain in place to push back against the USA until President Trump is gone. The same reason they installed that WEF CCP tool Mark Carney, to sellout the sovereignty of his nation, destroy both freedom of speech and those who are the most dangerous to them, the middle class.
That is his only job, keep pushing back, diminish his nation with the managed MSM behind him and bolster the EU and stay on course for agenda 2030.

Good summary of the situation. Bottom line is that unless Starmer can be shown the door quietly, it would be easier for his party to survive a little longer with him than with a snap election where they would get another shellacking. Their hopes now rest in the U.S. mid-terms greatly diminishing PDJT.
