President Donald Trump on Monday stated that the ceasefire with Iran was "on life support" amid a growing diplomatic deadline between Tehran and Washington and the exchange of live rounds across the Persian Gulf.
It's unbelievably weak. After reading that garbage they sent over? I didn't even waste my time reading all of it. It's on life support," he told reporters. "I would say the ceasefire is on massive life support, where the doctor walks in and says, 'sir, your loved one has approximately 1% chance of living.'"
Trump's remarks came from the Oval Office during an unrelated event. He also lamented the difficulties of dealing with Iran, saying they agreed to commitments and then backed out. He rejected the Iranian peace proposal over the weekend, calling it "totally unacceptable."
Earlier this month, Iran and the United Arab Emirates exchanged fire across the Persian Gulf, despite the ceasefire, with Iran launching missiles toward UAE territory and striking at least one industrial oil facility.

This is the same President Trump who launched a military campaign against Iran while his two real estate agent envoys were negotiating an agreement with them, isn’t it?
Trump will learn that you cannot negotiate with a Shia Muslim government.
They will lie, shift positions, intimidate, threaten, offer fake concessions and essentially stall for time until you get so frustrated that you will give into them!..........😳
Kind of feels like Trump is being played. The Iranians have nothing but contempt for us, and there is no way they will willingly give up their nuke ambitions.
Either accept that they won’t give in, or blast them. Time to fish or cut bait.

I believe that statement is not correct. I seem to recall that they negotiation had ended before the attack began.

Hard to work with people who believe the world will be corrected when the world is in apocalypse mode, and be rescued by the coming of al-Mahdi and Isa (Jesus). A very twisted understanding of the New Testament documents.
What better way to guarantee that al-Mahdi and Jesus to show up than to bring on the apocalypse yourself. If they want apocalypse, make sure only they experience it. Almost as if they are begging to be annihilated.
We call it mass suicide, they call it glorification.
