David Allen Funston approached children playing outside their homes and used candy and toys to lure them into his vehicle in 1995 and 1996,
he was sentenced to 20 years and 8 months in prison, as well as three consecutive sentences of 25 years to life.

Funston used a Barbie doll to lure the victim who spoke with The Times into his vehicle in Foothill Farms in 1995. He then took her to a house, bathed with her, put her on a bed, held a knife to her throat and threatened to kill her if she told her family, prosecutors said. He performed multiple sex acts on her, causing her to bleed.
Schubert used DNA evidence found on one of the victims to help prove that Funston had kidnapped and abused her.
Eight children — seven girls and one boy, all of whom were under the age of 7 when they were victimized —
In one incident in 1995, prosecutors said Funston used candy to lure a 5-year-old girl into his car in Highland Hills, took her up into the hills and assaulted her.
“He beat her. He took her underwear and shoved it down her throat because she was screaming. He then raped her to the point that she has vaginal trauma,”
he dumped the girl on the side of Highway 50, where she was found crying and walking barefoot.
In November 1995, Funston took a 5-year-old boy into some bushes, pulled down his pants and orally copulated him, prosecutors said. Four days later, he kidnapped two sisters, ages 4 and 5, from outside their grandmother’s apartment by offering them candy and a ride home.

If I had a child who was a victim of this monster, I would be going to prison immediately after he was released.
The Kalifornia democRATs will put David Allen Funston in charge of the search for all of the missing children that the Hussein/Biden Regime let into the country.
He should simply disappear. Just as should so many like him.

I tell you, some people out there in California simply have NO TOLERANCE for alternative lifestyles and are so JUDGEMENTAL towards others (viewpoint of Parole Board).
...and the sad thing is, they also have NO CLUE that their votes - to “teach Trump a lesson” is why these monsters get loose on society.

Every member of that parole process that voted to parole this monster should be identified by name and doxed mercilessly.

Many, many moons ago, there was a documentary that interviewed some of these "people." This one interview stood out from the rest. A pedophile in prison openly stated that he did not want to be released. He presented as a well educated person. Even though he had been physically and chemically castrated, he stated that if he was released, he still had the urges. I do not know if they granted his request to keep him behind bars.
So many guilty criminals don’t even go to prison for a short stay, let alone death penalty.

Of non imprisoned ones, Dear Abby once had a column in which she said many sex offenders against children are in senior facilities and “that one over near the windows who nobody comes to visit” and “that one who keeps to himself” may be a pedophile.

Kalifornia, as well as most other state in this country have a criminal justice problem, they seem to always let the worst of the worst out of prison. Child molestation and child kidnap ought to warrant an expedited death penalty. End of story.
