A teacher.
A Kamala Harris contributor.
A black guy.
A Californian.
TDS, anyone?
Apparently living with his parents
A black guy.
*********
Partially.
Sex hangups seem to be a common trait in the unhinged. Stay tuned.
“Agents fired back at Allen, who was not struck.”
More firearm training needed perhaps?
The video I saw (was without sound) showed like 5 guys just popping away at him…
ATROCIOUS marksmanship.
Teacher of the year , what does that teach you ?
Was the suspect living with his parents?
Perhaps you have a source.
I don’t see that his residence in Torrance, Ca., was his parents’ residence. Some of the sources I found indicate that his only near family was a sister.
The following is from a Yahoo.News story:
A neighbor told CNN that he saw Allen at the property “a couple of days ago.”
According to NBC News, Allen attended the Pacific Lutheran High School in the LA suburbs and was a member of the volleyball team.
A former teammate described him as “borderline genius” and “super stable.”
“Other people study hard. He didn’t have to study. It would just come to him. He was really, really smart,” the ex-teammate told NBC.
It’s me again. Sounds like a borderline or actual genius who skated through school, never had to discipline himself but relied on tricks to fool other people into thinking he was smart. But, come real-world time, his bag o’ tricks was no longer sufficient. Hence, couldn’t sustain productivity either to be a valued employee or an entrepreneur.
Also, narcissistic and, so, unable to form true friendships or mutually-romantic relationships.
I’m sorry, but this looks like the profile for a lot of promising youths who are unable to make the transition to adulthood, who turn out to be losers.
A 2015 FBI study showed that in a shootout situation in the field ever their best marksmen missed 75-80 percent of their shots. In a loud, high stress situation with moving targets that shoot back marksmanship is very difficult.
More firearm training needed perhaps?

Yes, for all, immediately following ‘deep dive’ psychiatric evaluation!
Apparently he has He/Him in his bio. Says it all.
Judging by the video of him zipping through the so-called ‘security’ check point, he could also be a running back for the NFL.
I swear it looked like something out of a Monty Python skit, where he moved so fast the guards never even noticed him.
They were like, ‘Wha’? Was that a mosquito?’
The reason they missed him was because when they finally stood up and realized someone had run between them, he was around the corner.
Cole is a real life ‘The Flash’! Luckily, he didn’t stop to karate chop each one of them before he moved on to the next batch of ‘guards’.
He was really, really smart,” the ex-teammate told NBC.
>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>..
Well somewhere along the line he got really, really stupid, because now he’s facing some serious time in the slammer!
It’s not tv where cops can hit a moving target 400 yards away on the run.
Never underestimate the element of surprise.
I'm sure he thought that he would not be facing any time at all, except that the Keystone cops didn't grant him his wish for suicide.
If he indeed graduated from CalTech with a BS in engineering, he must be very smart. Even being accepted into CalTech is very, very difficult.
You would think a guy with his education + a JPL internship would be able to get a great job. But apparently not. Going back to school and becoming a Computer Science tutor seems like something that is way below his potential.
So my guess is Cole is someone very smart, had high potential in his early 20s, never “launched”, is bitter, and blames Trump policies for his issues.
Guy is very lucky to still be breathing.
“...ATROCIOUS marksmanship...”
Yep.
Stress while firing will do that almost every time. It takes training, practicing almost constantly to induce an automatic muscle memory to overcome it.
Not sure IF the SS is still using .357SIG these days, but it takes a lot of practice to really become proficeinnt with that particular caliber even under normal conditions. Under stress, even with 9mm, it’s obviously even worse...it’s a pretty good hand full.
I’ll also add that getting your BS from CalTech and then going to California State University, Dominguez Hills for your MS degree seems like a BIG step down. A guy with his academic pedigree and accomplishments (if you believe his LinkedIN) should have been able to get into a top CS school, like Carnegie Mellon or MIT, with a full ride.
