WASHINGTON, April 16 (Reuters) - U.S. officials have informed some European counterparts that some previously contracted weapons deliveries are likely to be delayed ‌as the Iran war continues to draw on weapons stocks, five sources familiar with the matter said...

Some of the weapons in question were purchased by European countries under the Foreign Military Sales program, or FMS, but have not yet been delivered, the sources added. Those deliveries will likely be delayed, U.S. officials told European officials in bilateral messages in recent days, the sources said.

This policy comes on top of the intentional non-delivery of assets for Ukraine's defense, that have already been bought and paid for, by Europe - and on top of Switzerland losing its rag over its orders being slow-walked.

The sheer timing of it - so close to an American team meeting the Russians after snubbing invitations from European partners, is inviting even more suspicion. Obviously it's clear who loses from this announcement. But who gains?

Does this move benefit the USA? Does any country on the planet benefit more from it than Russia?

America fast losing its "reliable partner" image.

American doesn't need partners who are weak and Woke...and who support Muslim immigrants over their own citizens.

You make it sound like there is no wriggle room in the supply contracts.

This cannot be true.

Since you are lying, we are still a reliable partner.

America fast losing its "reliable partner" image.

What good has that done for us? Other than making us the world's biggest bunch of suckers, lead by people who want to be seen as the world's Santa Clauses, giving away our fortune in return for a chance to virtue signal in front of cynical cameras.

Um Europe won’t let us do flyovers and WE are the ones losing the “reliable partner” label?! I’d cut ALL arms deliveries to our European “allies” (exception: Poland). Screw them and Reuters.

Reuters?
Not a credible news source.

But at any event, it is Uk, France , Spain that are no longer reliable Allies.

It is pretty messed up for a Freeper to push an article from Associated Press. It is an American not-for-profit grift “news agency” headquartered in New York City, the capital and beating heart of American islamocommunism.

GFY MalPearce.

We’re busy fighting a war for you, Europe, the one you should’ve handled yourselves. Iran is on your continent, not ours.
