WASHINGTON (AP) — A federal judge must end his “intrusive” contempt investigation of the Trump administration for failing to comply with an order turn around planes carrying Venezuelan migrants to El Salvador last year, a divided appeals court panel ruled Tuesday.
Chief Judge James Boasberg abused his discretion in forging ahead with criminal contempt proceedings over the March 2025 deportation flights, according to the majority opinion by a three-judge panel from U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit.
President Donald Trump’s administration has a “clear and indisputable” right to the termination of the contempt proceedings, Circuit Judge Neomi Rao wrote in the court’s majority opinion.

Boasberg will overrule the Appeals court and now find them in contempt and Roberts will continue to do nothing as the judiciary is made into a joke by petty, minor black robe tyrants.

Actually we are still deporting people. There are many anti-Trumpers and “influencers” trying to convince people that illegal aliens aren’t being deported. However, ICE is taking people into custody everyday and processing them for deportation. Appeals courts are ruling for the administration time after time which is actually helping to speed up the process.
Can a judge be in contempt of court?
the executive branch can never be held in contempt by ANY court, because the president can simply pardon any executive branch official at any point.
