Roman Gofman is the hero no one saw coming, with first hand experience of fighting Hamas terrorists on October 7th.
Dramatic security-camera footage from the October 7, 2023 Hamas massacre has resurfaced, showing Maj. Gen. Roman Gofman, Israel’s next Mossad director, fighting terrorists at the Sha’ar Hanegev junction near Sderot with no body armor, no helmet, and no backup unit.
At the time a Brigadier General and commander of the IDF Ground Forces Training Center at Tze’elim, Gofman rushed south from his home in Ashdod as soon as reports of the attack reached him. Arriving alone at the junction, he immediately engaged armed Hamas gunmen, armed solely with his personal pistol.
The raw video captures Gofman charging forward under fire, exchanging shots with the terrorists and striking several of them before he was hit in the leg. He continued fighting until he was evacuated from the scene. Gofman was the highest-ranking IDF officer wounded in direct combat on October 7.
A United Hatzalah paramedic who treated him on site later said he was proud to have helped save “such a man.”
Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu selected Gofman to lead the Mossad. His appointment was formally approved on Sunday, and he is scheduled to take office in June 2026, succeeding current director David Barnea.
The footage, first broadcast by Israeli media (Channel 13, Jerusalem Post, Times of Israel) when his nomination was announced in December 2025, has gone viral again following the final confirmation of his appointment, a powerful reminder of extraordinary bravery from one of Israel’s top security leaders on the deadliest day in the country’s history.

Is this guy replacing someone who got whacked?
And on our side, who do we have showing support to our leader? Tucker, Megyn and Candice. Trump is fighting a war for our future generations, all over the world, restarting the space program to benefit people all over the world, improving world trade and access to unlimited energy to benefit the whole world, stopping illegals, etc etc.
I think Trump shold fire whoever is in charge of his PR team, because the average Joe out there doesn’t no squat about what he’s done and doing.

As opposed to Senator Slotkin who hid in her office on January 6th according to her own statement. Shows the difference in the CIA verses Mossad. I wonder where Senator Kelly would have hid on January 6th. Well my guess is behind Slotkin under her desk.

No, he’s replacing David Barnea who is leaving officially because his 5 year term is up, but in reality because Barnea was caught flat footed on October 7 and everyone hates him.
(The later part is my opinion, based on news stories.)
How is that possible? President Trump posts on Truth Social regarding just about everything. He's in the news both traditional and alt media every single day.

Yeah, as a proud American, I am decidedly jealous of the quality of many of Israeli leaders.
Obviously, they have plenty of garbage, too. But not nearly as many.
I really wish we could borrow a few. Or just their spines and have them implanted into our leaders.
And nothing endears and engenders confidence in military leaders wearing anti covid face shields and a limp wristed president who sits with his legs crossed.

Yeah, it’s like a big secret what Trump is doing and why. All you do see and hear is accusations of war crimes and demonization of Trump. It’s almost like somebody on the Trump Team is on the side of the leftists/Democrats. [tic]

Come to think of it, Barry probably only sat that way to make Big Mike jealous, since ‘her’ thighs are too fat to sit cross-legged.
I’m still surprised that nobody has bragged about him being the first ‘non-heterosexual’ president. Maybe once he’s passed they’ll make that brag.
It should be illegal for anyone to express anything that you disagree with.
The new guy appears to be better suited for the role.
