A federal judge has rejected a desperate attempt by a former Wisconsin state judge to overturn her federal felony conviction after she helped an illegal migrant escape through her courtroom back door.
U.S. District Judge Lynn Adelman on April 6 denied a motion from Hannah C. Dugan seeking an acquittal or a new trial after a federal jury found her guilty in December of obstructing a federal proceeding
In his ruling, Judge Adelman said the federal government presented sufficient evidence that Dugan took deliberate steps to hinder federal officials from attempting to carry out an administrative arrest tied to immigration removal proceedings.
He also rejected arguments that the jury was improperly instructed or that the obstruction statute was applied too broadly.

When is the sentencing?
Milwaukee Judge Hannah Dugan was found guilty by a jury and is now facing up to five years in prison on a count of felony obstruction, per Fox News. She was arrested in April of this year after attempting to help Eduardo Flores-Ruiz avoid ICE agents who were tasked with serving him a warrant. Dugan was accused of attempting to help Flores-Ruiz, as well as his lawyer, flee her courtroom through a back door on April 18 when ICE agents arrived at the building to arrest him.

Unfortunately Dugan is only one of the thousands of Democrat ICE obstructionists. Pritzker, Wu, Healey, Putz, Newsom, et. al., obstructed ICE and should face the same charges.
Keep her behind bars. She hasn’t learned her lesson yet and probably never will.
That’s when the real fun begins… Look for her to get a sentence of probation because like you said, these judges stick together

The Feds very seldom do probation or early release, once you show up to Club Fed, you are there for the duration of your sentence.
My boss got three months at Club Fed for tax evasion and misuse of campaign funds. He served every minute. He also lost his law license for three years.
Now he and his son are lobbyists in Washington.
They're terrified that the costs of reviewing all such judges cases will bankrupt municipalities all across the country.

I don’t think sentencing has been scheduled yet. They were waiting for the results of her appeal.
She was protecting a criminal illegal alien charged with assualy and domestic violence.
She must be really disappointed with the pro-Trump judicial system!
