F-35 Fighter jets and a C-130 Hercules military transport aircraft are seen flying over central Iran, reportedly near the crash site of the F-15E, although the terrain does not match the images of the crash site.
Iranian state media is now calling on local tribes to capture any surviving pilots to receive a "valuable reward".

I suspect that’s actually an AC-130 Spectre gunship for close air support if needed.

One aircraft out of thousands of sorties. Aside from one pilot being lost not a national crisis as far as a foreshadowing of losing the war.
If true, I feel for the pilot but more than likely a plane malfunction than shot down, if true...
Agree. Well said.

Yea, sure...lets run out with the Americans having air superiority and puff the magic dragon hovering overhead.....Yea....that’s the ticket....
I don’t think the reward would be anywhere close to the risk.
Something defiantly going on there.
If our plane crashed, I hope we rescue the pilot and any crew, ASAP.
Thanks for posting.
Prayers up! For our lost airman.

These F-15-Es don’t seem to be doing very well. How many is this? Four? The Kuwaitis shot down three the same day.
One pilot and his weapons system officer.
There are two aircrew out there, somewhere.
It is the part outlined in the red dashed line.
Look at the top of the Persian Gulf, on the Northeast side. Northwest of Shiraz, East of Basrah. It is a bit difficult to see.
We can HOPE that one of those rare creatures, (a freedom loving Iranian who doesn’t hate “the great Satan”) finds them and hides them.
