BREAKING: Immunity for two key figures in the Iranian leadership:
Iran regime's FM and Parliament Speaker get temporary immunity from the US and Israel, Channel 14's @bardugojacob reports.
Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi and Parliament Speaker Mohammad Baqer Qalibaf received temporary immunity from Israel and the United States, valid at least for the entire five days of negotiations underway with Tehran.

Presumably the temporary immunity can potentially be made permanent, if these two figures produce the goods.
Unfortunately both the USA and Israel have a reputation for doing ambush strikes while pretending to negotiate and Trump, personally has a reputation with Iran as a treaty breaker for pulling out of the “Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action” (JCPOA).
No agreement made under duress is legally binding. So Isreal and the U.S. are holding a gun to their heads, but promise it will not go off for at least five days. No duress there.
We hanged Tojo, and the Wehrmacht’s top officers. Exactly what incentive they had to negotiate I cannot explain. But, at least, the Emperor saved his own ass. So maybe, somehow, a few at the top in Iran will be able to save their own hides and sell out their subordinates. Everyone who worked for regime is under the threat of a death sentence from the outraged public.

The “Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action” (JCPOA), was NEVER a treaty, and did not in any way bind Trump and the United States. It was political cover for Obama, a sham, and a lie, which Trump declined to prolong. Iran, the U.S. State Department, and Obama KNEW IT WAS A LIE.

Remember that well coordinated ambush by the Ukraine on Russian strategic defense that was strikingly similar to the 2 ambush strikes “just Israel” did?

Treaties are legally binding on the United States Government, and on the states, which is why when the U.S. makes treaties they have well defined terms and state the conditions under which they can be nullified. The JCPOA was Taquiya by the Obama Misadministration to buy time for the Califate to obtain a nuclear weapon.
