Socialists from the US and Europe put on a concert in Cuba — just as the country was plunged into third blackout this month Saturday.
A convoy of socialists — including streamer Hasan Piker, the daughter of Rep. Ilhan Omar, members of Code Pink and lefty Irish hip-hop group Kneecap — is in Cuba with the goal of supporting Cuba’s oppressive communist regime.
But Piker and others have been dogged by criticism for staying in a 5-star hotel in Havana, and Kneecap played a concert in the capital city as the rest of the nation of 11 million people faced yet another major blackout.
Kneecap previously was accused of supporting Hamas. At the group’s show, which appeared to be attended by only a handful of people, the rappers were filmed chanting “Free Cuba, f–k Trump, f–k Netanyahu.
The concert was put on by the leftist activist group Code Pink, which flew in protesters to the Cuban capital on Friday.
Code Pink founder Jodi Evans was pictured smiling in a pink keffiyeh as she posed for a picture with Piker in Cuba on Saturday.
“‘Free Palestine’ while in Cuba… This is performative and embarrassing,” another X user wrote.
Meanwhile, in a viral video, a furious Cuban filmed himself going to a hotel in Havana where the Code Pink leftists are purportedly staying, enjoying electricity thanks to a generator, amid the nationwide blackout. Cuba has seen its third national blackout this month, and its economy is on the brink of collapse.

Republican Georgia Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene appears to be embracing a feminist left-wing activist group with alleged ties to the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) in the final weeks of her House term.
Greene on Wednesday met with members of Code Pink, whose co-founder Medea Benjamin praised the outgoing congresswoman as a “strong anti war voice” in Congress. Benjamin’s group took credit for crashing a D.C. dinner in September where protestors got within feet of President Donald Trump and shouted he “is the Hitler of our time.”

Everybody here just loved MTG, until she disagreed with Trump. That was a quick and weird switch.
Do those hotels have generators? There is no power nor gas for cars. A Cuban friend of mine tells me her sister was scheduled for surgery but had to cancel, no gas to get to the hospital, no electricity, little food they had is spoiling. No water so they can’t flush toilets. They were able to fill their tubs with water so they can flush once a day and these jerks are in a 5 star on our taxes?
And THAT is who MTG really is— a grifter fakir hanging out with Pattie Sheehan all smiley. Then, the ONLY was she could grandstand visiting Jan 6ers in jail was being accompanied by the great W Texas former Congressman/Judge Louis Gohmert!!

Granted, it is harder to see scumbags who pose as a certain type of fish until they swim outside that school, just like it is harder to see certain “conservatives” until they start posting crap every day that shows they aren’t conservatives.
I detest these people. I got to see them in action many times.
I was at one of the DC Chapter Walter Reed rallies a few years back (to support the troops and counter protest the Code Pinkos who had vicious signs like “Enlist here to die for Halliburton” and such. You get the idea.
I took up station right outside the gate, and we had taken all the parking spaces up the street...perhaps 50-100 yards up the street the Code Pinkos were out (they got pushed up the street because they stupidly let their protest permit lapse, and Trooprally snapped it right up when he renewed his.
Typical liberal inefficiency.
Anyway, as I was standing there, I noticed a woman walking slowly down the sidewalk towards us, stopping occasionally. She was older, thin, and somewhat unhealthy looking, and was walking a bit like a zombie. I was concerned...she looked like she was completely disoriented...she was wearing pink running shorts and a t-shirt, had long scraggly hair, and I was going to go over and ask her if she needed help, and mentioned her to one of the DC Chapter folks who looked at her and just said “Don’t bother. It’s one of the Code Pinkos.”
I looked back at her again, then said “I think there is something wrong with her. Look at her she just stops, doesn’t move, then starts shuffling again...what is she doing?”
He said “She is taking pictures of our license plates so they can post them on their website. They somehow think they are outing us for rallying here to support the troops.”
It was then I realized just how mentally unhinged and evil those people are.

Oh no they didn't, either. And as you would have to know, it was way beyond merely "disagreeing" with Trump - another big example is literally what you are responding to right here.
That is a ghastly thing that has come out of this. It is reported that power was diverted for this 5 star party, which meant that a local “free health” hospital had no power, and all the patients on ventilators died.
