Migrants from a staggering 150 countries are living in taxpayer-funded asylum hotels, a Sunday Express investigation can reveal.
Foreign nationals from Spain, America, Canada, Australia, Brazil, and hotspots such as St Lucia and Barbados are among the 30,657 in controversial venues across the country.
Critics branded the figures “shameful” as they warned many of the countries on the list are “safe, sunny holiday destinations”.
More than one in three asylum seekers living in hotels are from African countries, while Afghans and Iranians make up the biggest cohorts.
But our investigation reveals the widespread makeup of nationalities in asylum hotels.
It also provides another insight into the widespread abuse of the crumbling system, with many of the foreign citizens not involved in small boat crossings. This means they are being given hotels after arriving in the UK on a work, study or visitor visa.

Nothing bad with 150 country immigrants if they are productive. America became great because immigrants who created United States of America were productive. The worst possible thing for any country to do is import welfare dependent immigrants.
Unfortunately, this is the plan by the Democratic Party.
So I'm in favor of immigration moratorium, we may have to do it for the next 50 years.

I’ve always wanted to visit the UK... And this is the cheapest way to do it.
Fly to France, dump your passport and catch a boat ride to the UK from France. The UK government will put you up in one of their luxury hotels and supply you with money every month to take care of your food and other necessities and if you get real lucky... They’ll just offer you 10,000 pounds to leave within 30 days of your arrival.
A 30 day vacation and 10,000 pounds. Pretty good compensation for being an illegal immigrant.
The 'risking drowning TO BE FREE' crap served it's purpose: to fool stupid members of the British press - butt boys to the world terrorists, elites, commies, and crazies. It was a lie similar to our 'risking their lives crossing the US border when these future illegals were flown in from over 150 countries by organized crime, cartels, etc.
