Four San Diego-area families allege that Rady Children’s Health violated the civil rights of their transgender children by deciding to discontinue gender-affirming care, according to a class action lawsuit filed Thursday.
The complaint, filed in San Diego County Superior Court, accuses the regional health system of discriminating against transgender children in violation of multiple state laws. It claims the roughly 1,900 patients of Rady’s gender clinic suffered harm from canceled appointments, inability to access medications such as hormone therapy and emotional distress caused by the hospital’s decision.

As we all know, they aren’t “transgender” children. They are abused children. Their parents and physicians have done great physical and mental harm to these children by encouraging these medical treatments in the first place.
Children do not decide they are “transgender”. Their parents, teachers, or someone else close to them do.

Yep. It is currently going the way of asbestos lawsuits. I wouldn’t be surprised to attorneys advertising for it. These doctors and hospitals are caught in a major catch 22 situation. Sued if they do and sued if they don’t.
Transgender is a personal choice, and has nothing to do with normal health issues or treatments. These people should be suing the State, forcing them to offer mental heath services to their troubled children instead.

True gender affirming care would be counseling boys that they are indeed male.
And gender affirmation for girls would be to counsel them that they are female.
Instead, the liberals have decided on this phrase, gender affirming care, as affirming the delusions that some people have about what their sex is.
Rady Children’s Health in San Diego was an epic disgrace to have ever laid a hand on children for the purpose of mutilating them. The parents who took them for mutilation should spend the rest of their lives in prison. Ditto for the surgeons who performed these procedures and the administrators who gave this their blessings, even crowing about it and doing rationalizing articles and interviews, As far as the lawyers and officials bringing suit, they should go to Hxll.
No one has a civil right to mutilation.
