More people need to ignore judges. Their ruling should mean nothing until its been appealed at least one level. Maybe two. Because most judges are not judges. They are just political activists and they should not have power over anything.

35th time is the charm...

I would simply advise the judge that whatever crimes this criminal commits while out due to their decision, gets done to the judge and/or their loved ones at a future date.

Release him in Harlem with a new pair of Air Jordans superglued to his feet.

Release him to the judge’s custody with the provision he must live with him and his family and the judge is personally responsible for any crimes he may commit and will do the same time, pay the same fines and restitution.

Can anyone explain judicial rulings in this country? Because nothing they have been up to makes any sense to me whatsoever? Who or what has corrupted their decisions? Why can't we discover what or who is forcing their decisions? It certainly is not the laws or the constitution. It certainly is not public safety or public interest.
It's hinky.
hinky
/hĭng′kē/ adjective
So peculiar as to arouse suspicion; curiously odd. Acting suspiciously; strange, unusual; acting in a manner as if having something to hide, or seemingly crooked. Suspicious (of something).

An elected judge having a pissing match with an elected sheriff.
Somehow, I think this will play out poorly for the judge come election time.

Do really what Law enforcement to decides who stays in jail.
That is why we have a tiered system.
There is supposed to be a checks and balances.
The system is supposed to remove judges that perform poorly.
The system is breaking or broke.
