I’m starting to believe they only tell us this just to piss us off. How about, have the US marshall face plant him and slap on the cuffs, suspend him from his duties until his court date is done.
This is something I was a little tiny bit concerned about when I first joined for Republic back in 1997. That is, you feel free to say crazy things like that because you’re just an anonymous voice on the internet.
But it was about 15 years ago that I started thinking about the real possibility that I could have black SUVs coming up my quarter mile driveway to arrest me for some silly thing I had said on the internet.
That is why I never, ever make threats on the internet even though I am sort of anonymous. I mean let’s be honest, no one is truly anonymous. And that’s the point
But also have learned to be careful, but children still think they’re on the ball field wanting to “kill” the other team. And this demonstrates why the left is most at risk for getting these kind of charges against them. When you’re not dealing with a battle between the right and the left. We are dealing with a battle between the adults and the children. Children do stupid things all the time. Adults, less so.
Yeah, there was actually a guy here back when the Ukraine conflict started, who posted about flying to Kiev and building some 'suitcase nukes' for them. Seems like he stopped posting after a while - guessing he had some kind of visit from US military police or maybe the FBI...

The original post is different than the story linked at post 5 which indicates he made a specific threat to a specific individual.
