The Seventh Circuit just delivered a haymaker to Obama-appointee Judge Sara Ellis for her efforts to limit federal enforcement of immigration laws. It accused her of "effectively establish[ing]" herself "as the supervisor of all Executive Branch activity in the city of Chicago."

She needs to go back to doing whatever the hell she was doing before the Kenyan gave her a government job. The skank is in over her head.
Send her back to Jamaica.
We really need a better system for removing judges who have shown themselves to place political activism over any system of justice. It’s really tough to get rid of these bad apples.
We need a 3 strikes law for judicial decisions and actions

I’ve got a feeling that the only reason we have Dipstick Courts is to give jobs those who couldn’t handle Pancake and Porkchop Shack jobs.
I have proposed a statutory limit on the number of overturns pending review by the Senate.
Sara Ellis born in London Canada to Jamaican immigrants.
She has white skin, in other words she is a Wigger.
She wants to keep the pipeline wide open to "migrants" for American welfare.
All she and the rest of the leftists and foreigners on our courts care about, is to wait for the day when they control the circuit courts and the Supreme Court, and then nothing can stop them.
Love the " 'effectively establish[ing]' herself 'as the supervisor of all Executive Branch activity in the city of Chicago '."
This was / is part of Obama's "fundamental transformation" and essentially procedural treason, IMO.
We need to stop appointing judges who were not born in this country. Especially the foreign women.
Article I, Section 8, Clause 18:
[The Congress shall have Power . . . ] To make all Laws which shall be necessary and proper for carrying into Execution the foregoing Powers, and all other Powers vested by this Constitution in the Government of the United States, or in any Department or Officer thereof.
Long-standing Supreme Court precedent recognizes Congress as having plenary power over immigration, giving it almost complete authority to decide whether foreign nationals (aliens, under governing statutes and case law) may enter or remain in the United States. So directly changing the use of the Constitution should be considered treason. This topic is well defined and has no other way to consider it.

There isn’t anything wrong with the system, mechanically.
It kind of really, goes back to the voters here. The voters are the problem.
We need republicans who have spine. Who elects republicans lacking spine?
Strong republicans willing to be constitutional would or should be willing to impeach some judges. In our lifetimes I cannot remember any time when we had probably more than 5 conservatives in the senate at any one time.
Our voters have been trained to “play politics”. Not vote on principle.
