Diversity efforts and LGBT ideology are likely still quietly lurking in the depths of corporate America.
That is what the Human Rights Campaign (HRC) argued in the 2026 edition of its annual Corporate Equality Index (CEI) report, which rates corporations based on their "policies, practices, and benefits" pertaining to LGBTQ employees.
In just one year, the HRC saw a 65% drop in participation among Fortune 500 companies in "communicating commitments on diversity & inclusion" — with 377 such companies in 2025 compared to just 131 in 2026, according to a news release from the LGBTQ activist organization. The drop in participation comes after several major Fortune 500 companies have pledged to no longer participate in the HRC's annual survey since 2024, LGBTQ Nation reported on Feb. 11.

It won’t die because there are too many LGBT people with a vested interest in it imbedded in corporate America. They will always try to advance their interests. This is why “gay rights” marketed as “we only want to be left alone” was always false.
They will never be satisfied, in their hearts they know they violate their very nature of being, as such the need for constant validation drives nearly all their actions and behaviors.
They can’t live in denial unless they force others to continuously live in and certify their delusions.
What will they say when 1 of them murders a bunch of the normal employees ?
Its built by wealthy elites who want to lead sinful lives. So morality is a weight around their conscience.
Gays have always been a marketers dream. Lots of income and no kids, and they tend to be very loyal customers.
My sister and BIL went to his gay niece’s wedding in some town adjacent to Washington D.C. The niece’s “wife” absolutely not talk to them as they aren’t fags. MY BIL said he was chatting with one of the gay/girl/guests who told him, “we’ve (fags) have pretty much taken over this town.”
It’s embedded in HR. Too many woke women in HR departments.
So was "it doesn't affect anyone else." All lies.
I don’t see the ‘need for constant validation’ in gay people today much different from the same need run wild in much of the straight population.
Homosexual people were not always like this, any more than straight people. But today, a huge chunk of the population in general demands constant validation, and they act out in every possible way to attain it.
Self control and concepts of dignified presentation are lost. This childish, ‘look-at-me’, self absorption infects across the board.
Tolerance was never enough.
And today's ubiquitous social media just amplifies and aggravates it.
Yes; but social media has played a large part in creating it. It’s proven Andy Warhol’s prediction of everyone being world-famous for 15 minutes.
Do not agree in the least. I see it constantly in family members and work associates. There is a noticeable difference between straight people living their lives verses LGBTQ+++ and you seem to be ignoring that.
When is the last time you saw a straight pride flag or poster displayed anywhere, every single person I know at work (quite a few) who are LGBTQ all post that stuff in their cubes, and outside work the conversations are pulled into the subject. Whereas straight people just talk about the daily grind of life stuff, no pushing the idea “hey I am straight, see me?”
The same goes for members of my family, the idea LGBTQ people are not in your face about bit as a collective is a false.
Sure, maybe a rare individual here or there is an exception, but they are just that, the exception.
That’s my point. In the past, people didn’t advertise these things. We might have suspicions about someone, but it just wasn’t discussed. The gay people I knew when I was young didn’t wear it on their sleeve or demand that other people recognize it. They had a sense of dignity, and they also didn’t hang their entire identities on their sexual proclivities.
There’s a lot to be said for ‘the closet’. Nobody wants to hear about someone else’s private sexual practices.
I do not see your point aligning with mine. In the past the LGBTQ hid from shame, as they should, it is a shameful act. Today they celebrate it and try to force others into the delusion, you rarely heard of grooming decades ago but it is everywhere now.
Not the same at all as straight people.
Laying low in government and academia also!
Bottom line: As long as the “true believers “ are still employed by the institutions it will never be gone.
Speaking solely for the corporation I work for (HQ’d in Canada), this ideology isn’t going anywhere soon.
There are plenty of straight people causing all kinds of societal problems today, and in many cases it stems from the same kind of abnormal need for validation and attention.
We’ve beome a childish, selfish and self absorbed culture.
But never mind.
