We're building long-term financial security for millions of children by creating tax-advantaged investment accounts for U.S. citizens under the age of 18. Fill out your Form 4547 below to make your election for the 2026 tax year.
Who is eligible?
All U.S. children under 18 with a valid Social Security Number are eligible to establish a Trump Account. Parents or legal guardians can open and manage accounts on behalf of their children.
When can funds be used?
Funds can be accessed without penalty when the child turns 18 for qualified expenses like education, a first home purchase, or starting a business. Withdrawals may be subject to restrictions and would be taxed at ordinary income rates.
How do I open an account?
You can elect to open Trump Accounts for your eligible children using the newly-created IRS Form 4547. You can do this when you file your taxes or through an online portal that will be available by summer 2026. Continue to check TrumpAccounts.gov for the latest information.

That’s another thing that seems to have been left out of my copy of the Constitution.
The whole Ponzi-Scheme thing is left out - it would look criminal.
Trump accounts = Couples making a whole lot of America 250 whoopie. Keep it clean. I don’t want to pay for fraudulent births. For far too long, we’ve been paying for the Medicare, Medicaid, Social Security and unemployment benefits for people who have already died. That’s all we need is to have to shell out for babies who were never even conceived.
Like all Federal programs, when the democrats get back in power someday, this will be morphed into an unrecognizable monstrosity—used for wealth redistribution.
There are many things that the constitution doesn’t “allow” but importantly doesn’t prohibit, either. Much of our freedom relies on things it doesn’t prohibit. Tax free unrealized increases in equity are an important example.

Yep, the money amount of the program will be increased every year, and the scope of the scheme and extent of what is allowed, will be also. When the democrats get in power, it will be expanded on steroids.
