Conservatives are furious that JPMorgan Chase closed Donald Trump's personal and business bank accounts following the January 6 attack on the Capitol in 2021. Chase, America's largest bank by assets, was forced to admit closing the accounts after Trump launched a $5 billion lawsuit last month against the bank and its CEO, Jamie Dimon. Steve Guest, a former communications aide to Republican Senator Ted Cruz, said in a social media post that Dimon 'has some serious explaining to do'.

Documents released Friday as part of the discovery process showed that Chase sent Trump two letters on February 19, 2021, informing him that they were closing dozens of his accounts.
The letters did not mention any specific reason why the accounts were being shut down, only that sometimes 'we may determine that a client’s interests are no longer served by maintaining a relationship with J.P. Morgan Private Bank'.

Good.
Someone deserves jail time for violating the Civil Rights of PDJT.
Something tells me that at some point in the future there will be ties made with this to the Epstein files. JPM. Diamond, and even more so, past JPM guys ubiquitous entries thread the files.
JPM have been political players going back to the Clintons.
They seem to be very quick to get on board with fascist type initiatives across the intervening years.
I want to see them pay for their perfidy.
I hope he wins bigly.
Traitors need to be executed, snuffed out, liquidated.
End of story, period, full stop.
This was pressure from democraps and they targeted other people who were not on the democrap planatation as well.
Most likely JP Morgan Chase will settle out of court with President Trump rather than face a public trial. Note that Chase’s attorneys are trying to move the trial from Florida to New York, a state where Trump is not popular.
Ever notice the similarities between the words Dimon and demon?
Too bad it will settle outside of court. Won’t get to hear where the pressure came from to ‘debank’
Trump was not the only one on that list. Ask around. I was not able to get a Chase card until Trump was sworn in the second time. I had a perfect credit score. They offered me the card. I was a long time United preferred customer but Chase denied me from getting a Chase United club card. And they would not say why. 6 days after Trump is sworn in they changed their mind after I was rejected time and time again. And they would never say why.
I am guessing that if you got on a Trump support list you were rejected from any credit or new accounts.
Bill Daley was a Senior Vice President for about a decade for JPM. He did nothing. He had no banking experience. His only job was to let JPM buy First Chicago and Chase.
Per GROK.....
J.P. Morgan (John Pierpont Morgan) played a key role in preventing the U.S. government from effectively going broke—or more precisely, from depleting its gold reserves to the point of default and undermining the gold standard—on at least one major occasion, and he helped stabilize the broader financial system in another crisis that indirectly affected government finances.
Bleed them dry !!!
I hope Mike Lindell sues all the banks that tried to do him in too.
I wonder what would have happened if JP Morgan Chase had debanked Jesse Jackson 40 years ago for his racism?

Hard to imagine $5B in damage for a bank choosing to stop doing business with you.
I do not have any banking relationships with JPMCB, but if I did, I’d know what to do. Move to brand X. Pronto. Dimon may be the Davos darling, but consumer banking is not unimportant to their overall business, and if all of the Trump supporters who have money with JPMCB moved it on Monday, I’m thinking they might collapse. Certainly, their share price would. Sure, there is a regulatory response, a civil action, and perhaps a criminal investigation into the actions taken by Chase and the communications with incoming Biden administration officials who may have ordered/coordinated them. But a mass-scale consumer boycott can happen with lightning speed. Jus’ sayin’.
