Police in Queensland, Australia, have charged a 32-year-old man with a hate crime after he allegedly drove into the entrance gates of Brisbane’s largest synagogue on Saturday.
According to authorities, security footage shows the vehicle reversing into the synagogue’s gates, knocking them down before the driver sped away. No injuries were reported in the incident.
The charge comes amid heightened tensions following last month’s deadly attack at Bondi Beach during Hanukkah. In response to that massacre, in which 15 people were killed and 29 others injured, including two police officers, Prime Minister Anthony Albanese announced the creation of a state royal commission.

The rocket, mortar and car bomb attacks always increased during Ramadan when I was in Iraq. Especially at night after the terrorists had had their iftar dinners.

He must have spent to much time in the outback.

One of the most favorite places I ever visited was the Jewish synagogue in Xania on the Island of Crete. It is way tucked back in the back streets. Everyone is welcome and that the first time I ever wore an Kippa (yalmaka not sure what it is called so maybe a Jewish Freeper can educate me) Out of respect they ask no photos be taken. Which is a shame. There were street cats on all the chairs. Sleeping in the sun beams and would have been a wonderful pic.
I visited Australia in 1992. A wonderful place. The only melanated folks were the pakis who ran s hole tourist shops and fish and chip shops in Sydney. The Abos kept to themselves. I can only imagine how bad it is now. Another suicidal white hating regime took over. Give Australia back to the bogans.
