A poll shows that around 40% of under-40s across Britain would refuse to serve in the armed forces if WW3 broke out. Meanwhile, 30% said they would still refuse to serve even if the nation was facing an imminent invasion.
Experts across the world believe we've never been closer to a global conflict since the end of WW2 as tensions mount over Iran, Greenland, Venezuela, Israel and Palestine, and Russia and Ukraine.The UK recently raised the age limit for Army reservists from 55 to 65, a clear signal of its preparation for conflict.
However, a 2024 YouGov poll shows that 38% of Brits aged under 40 would not serve in the armed forces in the event of a world war. Just 7% of those aged between 18 and 40 said they would volunteer for military service.
Of those polled, 21% of people aged between 18 and 40 would not volunteer but would serve if called up. However, 17% aged under 40 said they "don't know" whether they would serve, while 17% did not believe the armed forces would want them to serve due to a disability.

If world war 3 breaks out... The least of our worries will be finding people to serve... The entire war will be over in a matter of minutes.
Imminent? I'd say it's a done deal.
Imminent invasion? That happened a couple years ago.
Old antiwar saying in the 1960s:
Suppose they gave a war and nobody came?
And old men plan and direct wars for young men to fight.
Does that bring Dick Cheney to mind or the LBJ cabinet?
Britian fought World War II with Indians, Canadians, Australians, South Africans.
They defeated Napoleon with German Troops.
They lost to the Americans with German troops.
The British navy has an outstanding history. Their army less so.
The British have been witnessing the invasion and conquest of their country by the Muslim hordes for years now, with the enthusiastic support and direction of their so called government. Why would they sign up to defend that?
It’ll be interesting to see how many will change their minds when they find out their welfare and benefits are gone and they no longer can eat.
Militaries around the world will have endless recruits to send into their meat grinder zones.
Britain HAS been invaded. Its already happened. The government including the entire political establishment is leading the invasion. They are the bitter enemies of the British people - especially the English people.
Why would any patriotic Brit ever agree to fight for this government? What benefit would he get? Why leave your wives, daughters, girlfriends, sisters etc at the mercy of muslim rapefugees? Let them go fight for the government that’s been supporting them at the expense of the British people.
The same goes for any German, any Frenchman, Dutchman, etc etc. Let the establishment send THEIR kids to go fight and die.
A shortage of a nation’s males having a martial spirit is a symptom of something wrong within the nation which is why countries can work up the patriotism fervor when they want to.
One problem in getting young men willing to kill and die in bloody combat is when you remove the male from the center of it and consider his girlfriend or sister, or even his 42 year old mother as of the same enlistment value as him, if girls can do it, then it has little value to the type of males who win wars and they won’t believe you win on battlefields anyway with such a ridiculous fighting force.

That tracks pretty closely with the percent of non-white “British” population.
Send the “refuse to serve” folks to wherever they’d like to go...out of the U.K.
If ww3 broke out UK men would already be wearing dresses and burkas since they already demonstrated that they can’t even defend their country and their women and girls from third world welfare tourists with an avg in of 68.
The people they should be asking in the uk if they’d fight are the Muslim men that run their country now

The Brits - **right now** - are being invaded....
RE: The entire war will be over in a matter of minutes.
But what I also believe is there would be a long, slow, agonizing extinction of life by disease, radiation poisoning starvation and physical fighting over food and clean water among survivors all over the world.
A quick death would be much better than that.
Similar to choosing to live through a Dem-Socialist-Communist
takeover in the US. Or escape from the prison of life.
I believe that in Russia, China, N. Korea and most Islamic countries they would tell their citizens: “You will train and fight for your country or you and your family are history”. The countries that the young men say they wouldn’t fight to save it might have to watch their wives and daughters get raped and murdered and then get sent to labor camps.
