The Grammy Awards took place last night, and — just like last year — it was less a show about music than it was an anti-ICE political demonstration.
Several performers wore "ICE Out" pins, similar to those on display at the Golden Globes last month, including Billie Eilish.
Eillish also called America "stolen land" and said no one is illegal.
Eillish has not given up her stolen land, which was once occupied by members of the Tongva tribe.
It would be hilarious if one of them sued Eillish for her property, just to see what she says.
...
Bad Bunny, who is also next week's halftime show at the Super Bowl, said something similar when he accepted his award.

Guys, They absolutely have zero idea how to cut loose the Obama identity celebrity years....
The Grammys are giant perverted freak and fag shows. It has zero relevance in my life.
Criminals are placed on higher ground than stupid consumers of music. Who celebrates these artists, who have no common sense and are probably on drugs?
These low lives have lost their way.
Gee, we’re on the edge of our seats , waiting for the Oscars, to see what sort of anti Trump , anti ICE bile gets spewed by those Hollywood idiots.
Sarcasm.......
Gee, Wally, I hope The Oscars isn’t the same way.
What about my stolen taxes to pay for these ILLEGAL scumbags. I want my gdamn money back!
Who actually listens to this stuff. Most everybody listens to “old stuff”.
I quit watching boring award shows a few decades ago.
Yep. I stopped watching in the 80’s.
I was in the audience at the 1989 Grammy Awards. I think I won the ticket at some contest. Billy Crystal was the master of ceremonies, and the best song award went to Bobby McFerran for “Don’t Worry, Be Happy,” a song I can’t stand, especially when it is played while I am on hold for a voice mail call. The crowd exploded when a member of a popular rock band called Wham walked across the stage.
For me, the highlight was a performance of the 1929 hit “Ain’t Misbehaving.”
Haven’t watched the Grammys in over thirty years.
Why would anyone with a single neuron still firing in their brain care what these spoiled brats have to say? The comment by Eilish simply shows the immaturity these self-indulged clowns have. I can’t remember the last time I watched any awards show.
For reasons I don’t really understand, I don’t actually listen to music any more.
Trump is good, but we need Pinochet.
“”For reasons I don’t really understand, I don’t actually listen to music any more.”””
Same. But if I do it is on youtube (free) and it is from the 70’s. Good music stopped in 1978 when disco destroyed the world.
Sadly, you are correct, as I also enjoy “old stuff”.
But we have to pay attention to this crap to know what’s going on in their minds to give us a better idea who to vote for, what not to buy, what not to listen to or watch.
Some new stuff is pretty good, the problem is knowing what is good and what is not. The series “Yellowstone” was supposed to be good. We tried it hoping it would be good entertainment. It had a raw screw scene in the first episode so we trashed it. I’ve never understood how a raw sex scene with a pelvis humping back and forth enhances a movie, unless the viewer is a pervert.
Very weird people.
Is that an age thing? I find myself listening to music less than when I was younger. Maybe it is just having more to deal with, or maybe because for the most part, my wife and I like different music.
I started getting tired of them when Marlon Brando sent an Indian woman to the Oscars in his place.
I don’t want to hear actors and musicians spout politics. In most cases, they show themselves so ignorant that it taints any interest I might have had in their ‘art’.
