This happened today in Laredo, TX (which is down on the Texas-Mexico border). It looks like Pablo took off after being stopped.

To me, it looks like the federal agent at the right-front quarter panel of the vehicle shot three rounds into the tire (not at the driver), in an attempt to stop the vehicle.

Hopefully they captured the perp.
