This is huge and possibly bigger that it seems on the surface.

This tees up some latitude in the Supreme Courts upcoming 14th Amendment decision.

They seem to open to the concept that we are seeing an actual invasion (which we are) and invasion is an explicit exclusion for birth right citizenship under the 14th amendment

There has been nothing filed with SCOTUS on any pending case on the alien enemies act. I think someone posted a comment on a older case where temporary relief was given and then everyone started reposting it, including Trump.

If someone can find a recent ruling, please send me the link.
