Teenage victims of a sicko teacher at the progressive Saint Ann’s School say he used school resources to obtain nude photographs of the two teens — and sent them across the school during class in an act of “revenge porn,” a new federal lawsuit claims.
The two teens — both 13 at the time — bring new details about the convicted sexual predator and former “Jeopardy!” star, Winston Nguyen, who was sentenced to seven years in prison last spring.
The lawsuit also claims the school and specific employees failed to investigate Nguyen before his hiring, and retaliated against those who tried to sound the alarm. Nguyen was eventually given the job of math teacher, despite previously serving time in prison for stealing $300,000 from a blind 96-year-old.
“Even when Nguyen released naked pictures of [the two victims] to the Saint Ann’s community, the School did nothing to help the children or to mitigate the harm,” the suit states. “To this day, it has never apologized.”

Why does the school have nude photographs of their students?
This is not an isolated incident. There are a horrifying number of stories about teachers at high schools trying to manipulate, bully and blackmail underage students into sending them naked pictures with the school not taking parent complaints seriously, defending the teacher and then trying to cover it up.

He and that school are f’d up. So are the parents paying $55k per year for pre-school. And the yearly tuition+fees go up from there. No wonder the school tried to cover it up.
Well there are a few enclaves of sanity. Some of the Christian schools for example.

What school records would ever contain nude student photos?
If the sex is not mentioned, they're boys, just like "teens" are...never mind.
The better question is why were there nude photos of these teens in existence, and available online?
