In response to the Renee Nicole Good and Alex Jeffrey Pretti killings, and President Trump’s announced changes in dealing with chaos in Minneapolis, corporate media crowed, claiming he was taking a U-turn. Plenty of conservative social media influencers blasted him. But Trump has done no such thing. Some prominent conservatives are overreacting. Corporate media -- vultures all -- are always anxious to tear a strip off Trump.
Trump's outreach to Minnesota governor Tim Walz marked a change in policy, corporate media and some conservatives claim. It’s a capitulation. Nope. Trump's de-escalation in Minneapolis isn't about scuttling his goal of getting criminal illegals off the streets and ending deportations. It's about finding different ways of doing it. Trump's many years of experience as a New York City developer and as president has taught him how to navigate sticky situations. He's learned that the way to achieving a goal is rarely by a straight line. It's a zig-zag course with plenty of setbacks and, usually, small steps forward until breakthroughs are accomplished.
How often in Trump's business and political careers has he quit? Infrequently, and certainly not when it comes to pursuing big prizes. For Trump, delay isn’t defeat. It’s an opportunity to learn and adjust.
Controlling the borders and winnowing out "undocumented" immigrants has been a core aim of Trump's since he first announced for the presidency. He isn't going to abandon that aim because of flak or roadblocks or wobbly establishment Republicans like Louisiana U.S. senator Bill Cassidy. He isn’t going to let quick judgments by conservative social media players pull him off his game.
Nor is Trump going to be deterred by the inevitable ups and downs in polling. It’s January, after all. The midterm elections are months off. Trump’s midrange goal is to improve optics...

This is a strategy raised to an art form by the shadowy SIGNAL protocol links of the vast underground that has no apparent organizational apparatus, but is coordinating all the placement and movements of the mobs, alerting them to the doxxed addresses of the Border Patrol officers and ICE specialists, as well as the recording and tracking of specific vehicles assigned to the Federal LEO organizations, so they are in place and loaded up with various improvised means for “de-arrest” activities.
The Tim Walz regime in Minnesota is a criminal organization, and the Jacob Frey operations in Minneapolis is a close ally of that RICO band. The Somalis, no clean hands themselves, are the errand boys for the shadowy empire.

I agree 100%. Homan has a reputation as a no nonsense guy. The protests have had more Minnesota law enforcement present and they shut them down at 10:00pm due to noise ordinance. Obviously Waltz/Frey made some concessions.
Personally, I would be much more concerned about Homan than Bovino. Homan seems like the father type. And I can still hear my mother’s voice saying “wait til your father gets home”.
I will continue to stand by and support President Trump!
This is not an U Turn, its fixing the enemy in p;ace and then doing an end run to roll up the flanks.

We stood by him and got him reelected. Now he needs to stand by us. Send in the National Guard and have them destroy Walz’s and Small Frey’s Minniesomali antifa fascists. All of them. Yeah, I was blackpilling a little bit thinking Trump was buckling under the fake media pressure, but then I realized that when you have someone as hardcore as Tom Homan coming in to be the “good cop”, that is not a sign of capitulation at all.
I think that’s exactly what is happening. That’s what Trump’s use of Tom Homan is telling us.
Trump needs to change tactics but not goals. The Dems and their media lackeys and their paramilitary wing of paid agitators have ramped up the propaganda and it is swaying public opinion. Trump needs to react to that but not change the goal. I have been impressed with Homan and if he is now in the forefront, I have confidence that Trump will pivot and overcome the Dem roadblocks.
The Daily Mail which is becoming almost as unreadable as the The New York Times was touting that Trump was making a U Turn.
I do believe Trump has decided to let Homan assess the situation on the ground and make changes.
Noem was a drama queen who loved the camera and microphone almost as much as a Kardashian.
From what I can tell Homan is all business and no bluster.
I think Noem is on the way out after this.
