Give the guy some credit. He didn’t just give up after the first loss. He kept going until he got it right.

I don’t think it’s correct to call it a demonstration or a protest. On at least 2 occasions, Pretti was there with the intent to interfere with and impede federal law enforcement operations. I think a good argument could be made for conspiracy, too, given that he was working with others for the same purpose.

There is going to be a suit. If I were on the jury, I would allocate 50% of the blame to Frey and cowardly Police Chief for not providing crowd control, 40% to Pretti for bringing the gun to the protest (although he had the right, a reasonable person wouldn’t have) and 10% to Border Patrol for the accidental shooting.

I don’t think it’s correct to call it a demonstration or a protest. I'm not going to get hung up on vocabulary. My point is that he wanted to die and he would have kept going until he did. Took him 3 tries. He'd have done this 27 times if that's what it took. He was a miserable loser.

At a minimum, he was working with those 2 women who were there with him and “resisting” when he got pepper sprayed. I wouldn’t be surprised if he was on that Signal app, though.

Not hard to figure out which one is the now-dead douchebag.
Came running up like he was going to save the day. Emotionally incontinent. Spits on the ICE vehicle. Kicks the rear and appears to have caused damage.
Why he wasn't arrested, I guess because the local PD wasn't there.
I take no joy in his death. But he made that choice. Likely armed in this video, too.
But...just a dedicated ICU nurse who took care of veterans.
