Ye, formerly known as Kanye West, has taken out an ad in The Wall Street Journal apologizing to "Those I Hurt," for his bigoted and alarming behavior in recent years ... naming his gravitation toward Nazi symbolism as something he particularly regrets.
In the ad, Ye blames the car crash that nearly took his life 25 years ago for causing undiagnosed damage to his frontal-lobe, which he says affected his mental health and led to his bipolar type-1 diagnosis.
He writes, "I lost touch with reality. Things got worse the longer I ignored the problem. I said and did things I deeply regret."
He continued ... "It does not excuse what I did though. I am not a Nazi or an antisemite. I love Jewish people."
The artist later addresses "the black community," calling it "unquestionably the foundation of who I am."
"I am sorry to have let you down," he writes. "I love us."

Kayne is alienating his black fanbase. Antisemitism is very popular among blacks. As is being anti-Asians. And anti-whites.
He is clearly seriously brain damaged for what reason or reasons I don’t know. He needs to lead a quiet life with good people to support and counsel him. Get out of the public life and stay out. But I doubt he ever will.
Excuses, excuses.... If Kanye wants to be a NAZI supporter so be it... But please don’t try and whitewash it with some brain injury diagnoses. You like NAZI’s Kanye... Admit it and move on.

One of the many curses of our social media age is that a person’s mental illness can play itself out on a national stage for everyone to see and comment on.

How much of Kanye’s mental illness is the result of recreational drug use? The man has admitted addictions to opioids and nitrous oxide. And he’s a reportedly been a heavy cannabis user in the past. When he canceled a tour in 2017, and tried to make an insurance claim, the insurer Lloyd’s of London did an investigation and disputed the claim arguing that Kanye had self-induced cannabis-related psychosis. The weed advocates amongst us will not like this, but Kanye’s paranoid fantasies are pretty similar to those of number of stoners I’ve known who’ve descended into mental illness.
