Letitia James Makes it Quite Clear: There Are no Limits to Denouncing or Harassing Jews in New York
New York Post ^ | Jan. 20, 2026 | Seth Barrob

In the face of surging antisemitism across New York state — fueled by incessant illegal demonstrations in support of terrorist groups like Hamas and Hezbollah — Attorney General Letitia James jumped into the fray to prosecute … Jews.

James’ office announced last week that she’s concluded an agreement with Betar — a small and obscure Zionist group that advocates for Jewish safety and self-determination — forcing it to cease operations in New York.

The AG says Betar engaged in a “campaign of violence, harassment, and intimidation against Arab, Muslim, and Jewish New Yorkers.” Among the group’s activities were counter-protesting at pro-Palestinian demonstrations, bestowing mock beepers on pro-Hamas protesters to taunt them about Israel’s pager attacks and making vulgar, slur-filled “public and private statements.”

Depending on the neighborhood in New York City metropolitan area, anywhere from a majority to 75% of non-Orthodox Jews voted for Letitia James in the 2022 New York attorney general election.

960,000 Jewish people (all ages) live within New York City.

Chabad Lubavitch observant Jews (Ivanka and husband Jared pay respects to the late Rebbe) voted 75% for Cuomo to 22% Mamdani).

The rival Satmar group (different take on Orthodox practices)
with their leader publishing an open letter in Hassidic Yiddish endorsing Mamdani, still voted 68% to 25% against Mamdani.

In Jewish neighborhoods such as ones in Queens, the vote was 75.5% voted for Mamdani and 21.6% for Cuomo. The same trend held across Prospect Heights, Clinton Hill, Greenpoint, Fort Greene and parts of Brooklyn Heights, with Mamdani receiving between 60% and 72%.
In the Upper West Side and SoHo Tribeca, the vote split 50%-46% in Mamdani’s favor.

Overall, the Jewish vote was 63% Cuomo, 3% Sliwa and 33% Cuomo.

Data above from The Forward, November 13, 2025 article New data reveals how Jewish neighborhoods split between Cuomo and Mamdani by Jacob Kornbluh.

One of the current positives is that many democRATs/DemoKKKrats no longer hide, obfuscate, prevaricate.

The Party Of Death / The Party of Hate is on full display.

All those things I read are protected speech under the First Amendment, not even close to being illegal.

Those Jews will probably move to Florida and destroy that state with their voting habits.

Important to note that Trump asked Sliwa to drop out and encouraged people to vote Cumo as the least of the evils.

Overall, the Jewish vote was 63% Cuomo, 3% Sliwa and 33% Cuomo.

So Cuomo got 96% of the votes from Jewish voters?

Why didn’t he ask Sliwa and Cuomo to drop out and vote for Adams? That was the chance.

How many times do they have to get kicked in the nuts before they realize that people like Mamdani despise them?

In fairness, the 33% of the Jews who voted for Cuomo, voted for him twice.
