All Volume, No Content Eric Swalwell Vows to Revoke ICE officers’ Driver’s Licenses
California Globe ^ | 1/18/26 | Katy Grimes

Proving once again that he’s a few screws short of a hardware store, California Gubernatorial candidate Eric Swalwell opened his mouth this weekend and inserted his foot, confirming that evolution can go in reverse.

Swalwell, who donated his brain to science before he was done with it, vowed to strip Immigration Customs Enforcement officers of their driver’s licenses in a candidates forum — even though California grants drivers licenses to illegal aliens, the NY Post reported.

“They’re going to lose their immunity, they’re not gonna be able to drive. I will take your driver’s license. Good luck walking to work, a–holes,” Swalwell said at the Empowerment Congress California Governor Forum Saturday.

The California Democrat, who is smart as a bag of rocks, also pledged to use local law enforcement against federal agents, the Daily Caller reported. “I will direct law enforcement to use every power to prosecute [ICE officers] for battery, false imprisonment and murder,” Swalwell said. “There’s only one side of the ball to be on, on behalf of Californians when it comes to ICE, and it’s offense.”

Swalwell, who fell out of the stupid tree and hit every branch on the way down, never acknowledged that illegal aliens are granted driver’s licenses in California, or that California issued 17,000 commercial truck licenses to illegal aliens. But Swallwell, who is as smart as bait, would instead revoke the driver’s licenses of federal law enforcement.

What a maroon. Remember when Swalwell, not the quickest bunny in the forest, posted his embarrassing weight lifting routine on X? The cringe was felt around the world.. Swalwell “flexed his muscles” in a video he posted to X, while he whined about Republicans recessing Congress for summer. “I should be working right now,” Swalwell said while taking a selfie video of lifting a whopping 135 pounds, according to X posters. “I should be at the Capitol. I should be in a suit. Instead, Republicans sent us home because they would rather stand up for Donald Trump than release the Epstein files and stand up for victims.”

“I guess it’s better than pumping Chinese spies.” one commenter said.

“Fang Fang’s former lover wants to give drivers licenses to criminal illegal aliens and simultaneously punish law enforcement officers for enforcing the law?” White House spokeswoman Abigail Jackson told Fox News.

Ah yes, Fang Fang. The Globe reported this week that Swalwell’s California gubernatorial campaign received almost $10,000 from the California-based office of a top Beijing law firm that has deep ties to the Chinese Communist Party, and another $5,000 from a Chinese national.

A few colors short of a rainbow, Swalwell, who already had serious issues when he dated accused Chinese Communist government spy Fang Fang, also known as Christine Fang, who successfully infiltrated a number of Democrat congressional campaigns in California, and even served as a fundraising bundler for Swalwell. Not only did Fang Fang fundraise for Swalwell, who is known to be a few peas short of a casserole, she was also sleeping with him.

Fang Fang even placed an intern in Swalwell’s Washington, D.C. office.

And now Swallwell, who is a few noodles short of a chow mein, is back at China’s trough feeding on CCP funding, and threatening federal law enforcement.

Swallwell shows how unfit for any position in govt once again, and is a good indication of how stupid California voters are.

This statement is so stupid that I don’t see how it gets him any credit even with the liberal lunatics who it is meant to satisfy.

I think her point is that that Swalwell, who is a few dozen marbles short of a bag, is a dumb-dumb.

Article V, section 2 of the California Constitution requires California residency for five years; however, it is the legal opinion of this office (cal sec of state) that this provision violates the U.S. Constitution and is unenforceable. ↑

Fang-Fang deserted him a long time ago after she gleaned everything she could out of him for the Chicoms, and skipped town back to her handlers in China.

“Swalwell, who donated his brain to science before he was done with it”

No need for him to donate it. Think how pristine an unused brain must be. Researchers will be clamoring to put their bids in.

So he’s going to confiscate drivers licenses of EARNERS — the very same people who drive to work and make money to pay taxes to support the lazy low-life LOSERS Swalwell is speaking to.

Eric, you’re brilliant! 🙄

Imagine that. A demonicRAT who gives aid and comfort to murderers, rapists, sex-traffickers and money launderers.
