As RedState reported, there was a leftist blockade attempt earlier in a Minnesota neighborhood that turned violent after an anti-ICE agitator appeared to hit an agent conducting immigration enforcement operations with her SUV, resulting in shots being fired that left the woman dead.
The woman has been identified as 37-year-old Renee Good.
In the aftermath of the incident, Democrats in the state went nuts in fanning the flames, with Minneapolis Mayor Jacob Frey and Gov. Tim Walz both blaming ICE for what happened without bothering to wait for (nor actually caring about) the actual facts. Walz even announced he'll call in the National Guard if the agitators he, Frey, and others have whipped up with their wild and irresponsible claims start rioting a la the 2020 George Floyd riots.
During an early evening press conference, Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Secretary Kristi Noem set the record straight and cooked Walz and Frey in the process, not only by laying out what actually happened, but also by dropping some inconvenient facts about Minneapolis and Minnesota under Frey's and Walz's failed leadership.
In the below clip, Noem started off by pointing out that both she and Walz once served in Congress at the same time, and were also governors of neighboring states at the same time at one point. Noem also revealed that both Minneapolis and the state of Minnesota had refused to work with DHS amid the enforcement operations, which she insinuated was rather strange considering they were being conducted to make streets safer for American citizens:
"We've NEVER had a cooperative arrangement with law enforcement here...We haven't had the cooperation of the state of Minnesota..."

Look I’m no Rhodes Scholar, but aside from pulling on Superman’s cape and peeing into the wind , trying to run over a Cop is about as stupid as it gets. Not getting shot would be surprising.
Yep.
Take Blue Falcon Walz and Jake the musloid Snake out to the gravel pit, Kristi.
Blast from Timpon’s past: Walz taught in southern China as a post-grad in his twenties. And later, as a high school teacher in Nebraska and Minnesota, he led students on field trips to the country from 1994 to 2005. A typical trip included 23 students on a 2-week trek across the country, from a local school in China to the Forbidden City in Beijing. Timpon organized these trips through his company, Educational Travel Adventures. He reportedly led hundreds of students on these excursions during that time.
This is better than season 2 of Fargo. Ok then..
“”Walz even announced he’ll call in the National Guard if the agitators he, Frey, and others have whipped up with their wild and irresponsible claims start rioting a la the 2020 George Floyd riots.””

Walz is coubling down on stupid and, like many others that have challenged Trump’s authority, is about to FAFO. I suspect Trump’s answer will be the usual “Challenge accepted”.
His wife left her windows open during the George Floyd protests so she could smell the burning tires, for Pete’s sake.
They are LOVING this - who cares if people get killed. Timmy wants attention away form the probably $100,000,000,000 STOLEN BY THE IMMIGRANTS HE PROTECTS.
Walz should be grateful. This shooting will take his illegal Somalian activity off of the front page.
I'd like to see the financial records of that company.
“This shooting will take his illegal Somalian activity off of the front page.”
Nope.
Nothing will take Somali fraud odd to media like X.
Folks need to follow and respect the Laws.
Local, State and Federal.
Can’t be setting up blockades to harass and assault your neighbours
Just walk away, Renee.
The Noem presentation was without any doubt a tour de force assault on the woman who died, the Governor of Minnesota and the mayor of Minneapolis.
Although the woman who was shot died, Noem also slayed the Sanctuary leaders
> This shooting will take his illegal Somalian activity off of the front page.<
That’s the goal. Minneapolis on fire again would work too.
EC
Anyone heard how the dead poet who lived in CO, IIRC, could afford the SUV and protesting in MN...?
