It’s difficult to believe this all coming out now is a coincidence.
It appears to be a coordinated effort to inform the public of the massive nature of the fraud in our system.
So how do we get that money back and charge those people?
And Washington state
Do we even dare to look at Michigan, Ohio, Illinois, California…
Yep, unless there is accountability we've all been taken to the cleaners and they are laughing at us, thus our ongoing outrage regarding no accountability in government.
Figures. The mom and pop taxpayer foots the bill.

They were smart enough to set up shell companies. But were they smart enough to send the money overseas?
Anyway, I suspect this will be a typical government investigation. It will drag on for years, then dwindle down to nothing.

This particular fraud will be found in probably EVERY state in the nation.
The Federal Government funds such programs through “Child Care and Development Fund (CCDF) grants under the Child Care and Development Block Grant Act (42 U.S.C. § 9857 et seq.)
Some States, like Minnesota, add state funds to their programs, such that up to 50% of the funds may be provided locally
BUT the conditions and money is given to ALL states by the Federal Government.

But Republican Gov. Mike DeWine's office says attempts to defraud publicly funded day care are not new and the state already has safeguards in place to catch it.
Well, if the Columbus Dispatch and Mike DeWine tell us that we can remain unconcerned...

There is more crime than resources to address the crime. If you want to focus on the crime we are going to have to move from a republic to a different form of govt which I don’t think we would like.
Our founding fathers organized an INEFFICIENT government for a reason. Just and government move slowly but be encouraged by the change in direction.
Change a little thing in your local community.
I don’t live in Ohio but I do not trust DeWine at all.
