MONTGOMERY COUNTY, Md. — A 13-year-old girl who went missing from her home in Rockcastle County, Kentucky, in October has been found.
According to a post from the Rockcastle County Sheriff's Office, 13-year-old Wynter Wagoner was last seen on Oct. 14.
Officials posted a month later, announcing that they were continuing to look for Wagoner, working with Kentucky State Police, the FBI and the U.S. Marshals.
On Dec. 27, Montgomery County, Maryland, police announced that Wagoner had been found.
MCPD said that Wagoner was found in a home in Silver Spring, Maryland, which is just outside of Washington, D.C.
Officers worked with the U.S. Marshals and found 37-year-old Christian Delgado at the home where Wagoner was located.
Delgado was arrested and is being held in the Montgomery County Central Processing Unit. He will be extradited to Kentucky, where he will be charged with kidnapping.
Wagoner was taken to a local hospital to be evaluated. Her condition has not been released, and it is unknown when she will be reunited with her family.

13-year old girl found with a 37-year old man? Possible, but probably not voluntary.
Right age for some of that Washington politicians. Might be too young for former Prince Andrew.
A 13 year old even if “willing” is de facto not voluntary they are very irrational and easily manipulated.
Which is why we don’t let them drive or sign contracts etc etc etc
You could have talked me into anything when I was 13, 14, 15, 16. And a lot when I was 17 too. If you were an adult manipulator.
Never voluntary in legal terms. She’s too young to form consent. That’s the only term that matters.

No, a 13-year-old girl should have been trained better by her parents, if this was voluntary. Does not excuse the adult male involved.
The legal term for "voluntary" is Statutory Rape. However being a 37 year old man, I too doubt it was voluntary. Also there is federal law involved (Mann Act) and possibly other charges. Not sure the judicial climate in Kentucky but from here I suspect he'll spend many years in prison. Note, I'm not a lawyer and I don't play one on TV. Glad the girl is alive and I hope she gets the counseling she will need to get through this.
Well you never know if something like that could turn into a custody dispute as in divorced dad taking off with his daughter (37, 13, plausible). She might not have seen it as dangerous or a criminal act. So that’s a less likely explanation but one to keep in mind.
Or let them remove their gentiles.
