Remember When Putin 3 weeks ago was celebrating the take-over of all of Kupyansk?? Why are the Russian generals lying to Putin about how badly things are going for Russia? 4 years of war... and Russia continues to refuse every Trump peace proposals.
The generals? Any general who admits what is going on will be purged and sent to Siberia, so they tell Putin what he wants to hear.
So now we are at the point of just making up outright lies since Ukraine cannot claim anything positive in real life

Ukraine is the Deep State's headquarters, and that's why the US paid over $300 Billion dollars to keep the pointless fighting going. With President Trump's elimination of the endless money, NATO's propagandists are on hard times, making up wilder and wilder accounts of supposed Ukrainian 'victories'.
I want our $300 billion dollars back, but that's not going to happen. I want all the dead on both sides to have not died in vain, but that's not going to happen. So now Zelensky's handlers are dragging out the bitter end, wasting lives like old cigarettes - NATO never did care what happened to the soldiers in Ukraine. NATO cares about NATO.

Even if you take Russian claims at face value, that Ukraine has lost a million people, that’s less than the 7m it lost against Germany in WW2, during which it fought on rather than surrender. And at 2.5% of the population, it’s way less than the 15% the Russian empire lost in WW2 over 4 years. And these are maximalist claims by the story-tellers on the Kremlin’s official payroll. Ukraine claims just over 100K friendly dead.
