This makes Minnesota look like CHILD'S PLAY...and more is going to come out

If the fraud is actually controlled, there will be riots.

When I saw that there was $76 BILLION in stolen funds in California...I did not even blink an eye.

This is symptomatic of Obama’s plan. Its happening in other states too. Obama loosened all qualifications on getting Welfare, food stamp, disability and other government transfer payments and also cut back on monitoring. That was all intentional to get as many people on transfer payments as possible, even through fraud. More Dem voters who would riot if they are taken away.
Bureaucrat gangsters run California, directly acting as social activists promoting “projects” and “policies” they want the legislature to fund for them, and (1) the legislators, because those state bureaucrats and their activists get the Dim base ginned up to support or oppose someone, (2) so the same legislators don’t care about where the funds actually go, (3) its all about campaigning, with the help of the bureaucrats on how much money they allocated to good cause X, Y and Z; which buys their voting support in the next election.
You could call the whole California government a Leftist/Progressive CAPTIVE government and with that captive interest paid for out of the state’s coffers.
Aren’t the state agencies and ngo’s like crooked charities where the admin buys itself lux merch and travel, while a mere trickle comes down to the “intended?”

The fraud has been officially sanctioned and institutionalized there for over 40 years. California lawmakers have made it illegal to require ID or even proof of existence for welfare recipients.
California is the home of the most sophisticated false identity forgers in the country and since California SEIU state government and officials are complicit the fake IDs are often run directly through the government system

The last attempt at an audit of the LA County finances showed that 45% of all LA County entitlement spending was fraudulent
At the time , 82% of LA County's budget was entitlement transfer payments of one form or another and 12% went to pay government workers, repair roads, keep the lights on, fund police and fire and all the rest of the stuff you associate with with government responsibilities.
Things have gotten worse in anything since then.
LA County's budget is currently about 47 billion dollars annually and 73% of that 47 billion is currently allocated expressly to the bewildering multitude of California entitlement transfer payments so roughly 37.5 billion dollars per year is spent on entitlement transfer payments in LA County alone.
If we assume that the old number of 45% fraud rate in LA County entitlement still applies ( the fraud has actually become worse since then) then LA County alone counts for 16.9 billion dollars of entitlement fraud annually in LA County alone
And that's just the outright fraud number and does not account for mere waste and misallocations of spending such as 1 billion a year spent legally on homeless funding
California is a state built on entitlement fraud and it dwarfs any fraud in places like Minnesota
Like the Soviet Union, one-party, debt-bloated, marxist-ideological governments can not reform, they can only collapse.
The people handing out the money are the crooks
