TWO men who mowed down a retired police chief will spend decades in prison, despite one of the monsters boasting that he would only get ‘a slap on the wrist’.
Jesus Ayala, 20, and Jzamir Keys, 18, were teenagers when they murdered 64-year-old Andreas Probst.

64-year-old retired police chief Probst was murdered in a 2023 hit-and-run in Las VegasCredit: X Ayala was 17 at the time of the hit-and-run, while Keys was just 16.
Both men pleaded guilty to second-degree murder and battery in October.
The pair now face decades-long stretches behind bars – on December 16 Ayala was sentenced to 20 years to life, and Keys was given 18 years to life.
Ayala, now 20, was given the additional two to 10 years for battery.
The sentencing at Clark County District Court comes despite earlier brags from the driver that he would get away with minimal jail time.
He was arrested hours after Probst’s killing and defiantly told cops that he wouldn’t be locked up for long.
Ayala bragged: “You think this juvenile [expletive] is gonna do some [expletive]? I’ll be out in 30 days, I’ll bet you.
“It’s just ah, [expletive] ah, hit-and-run — slap on the wrist.”

Looks like 1st degree murder to me. It wasn’t exactly a slap on the wrist, but they deserved way more time…
Looks some someone got jail time for once.
But what if a judge and some lawyers are working on an escape clause in the law as we speak?
They will strut out of the courtroom as their appeal and overturn of the judgment are announced.
I hope they get used like ragdolls in a Congo orphanage.
Their bravado quickly disappeared at the sentencing. RIP Mr. Probst.
The words, “Former Vice President” and “Joe Biden” should never be used in the same sentence.

And he was terrible at it.
The man they killed was a retired police chief. So the usual rules do not apply. It is not like they killed some civilian. The person they killed mattered.
