Yes, People needed to be reminded why and how the country ended up in this financial mess and who made it so bad and what he is trying to do about it.
It was a brilliant move to have Tucker post it was about Venezuela and war because the media would never have covered any good news from Trump in a TV evening address.

Rumor around says he pulled the ultimate bait and switch with the media and their woke lemmings, talk for the last several days about war with Venezuela were a top priority with the fake media and they ran with it, so when trump announced a speech by the president from the oval office, they thought it was a declaration of war and troops on the ground and it was how great America is becoming, ha ha ha ha

He knows far better than anyone else in the world the number of credible threats our nation faces every day, many of which are presented by aggressive, capable, violent people and nations.
And many are presented by domestic individuals and groups, some of whom, as you correctly point out, are "turncoats".
You nevertheless clearly appear to argue he should contend with such threats on our behalf in what is essentially a mixed martial arts cage, according to the rules of Queensbury.
Let's hope he doesn't take your advice.
Interesting fact, I watched it live on Fox and saw the charts. The AP re-ran it on YouTube and there were no charts.
At what point in the broadcast were the charts shown? I must have been distracted and just listening because I don’t recall seeing any. I am a great believer in charts. Visual images stay in our minds longer than words.
Just think how different things would be if every time any Republican mentioned the thousands coming across the southern border, a picture of that was shown. Even better a video. Hearing the numbers simply did not have the same effect. Trump finally started showing those videos near the end of the last campaign .
