Ronald Exantus was released early from 20-year sentence for stabbing 6-year-old Logan Tipton in Kentucky home invasion
A man who was released from prison early after racking up good behavior credits following his conviction for fatally stabbing a 6-year-old Kentucky boy during a 2015 home invasion was arrested weeks later for violating his parole.
Ronald Exantus, 42, of Indianapolis, was serving a 20-year sentence for the killing of Logan Tipton, who was brutally slain in his Versailles, Kentucky, home, when he was released back onto the streets in October.
Despite confessing, Exantus was found not guilty of murder by reason of insanity at trial. Instead, a jury found him guilty of the other assaults on Logan's family during the home invasion.

Should have been executed.
Just my opinion.
I’m with you on this one.
Not guilty for murder due to insanity, but sane enough to be guilty of “lesser” crimes. How can you not despise lawyers (not all), judges (not all), legislatures (not all) and the system? It’s just like Bidet, too old to really know what he’s saying or doing, but hey, good enough to run the country...
So he's released?
“A man who was released from prison early after racking up good behavior credits”
What, he didn’t kill anybody while in prison?
Who would vote in favor of bringing back public hangings for the most heinous crimes?
Did the democrap Governor approve this?
Here’s another state with a democrap Governor. 100 arrests and she’s out on the street and of course she kills someone....
“Who would vote in favor of bringing back public hangings for the most heinous crimes?”
The problem is the coverage will generate empathy. People will see the crying criminal and his hysterical family, but won’t see the carnage, terror and death he caused. We’re a superficial people now, with not deep thought or reasoning. We buy our meat in plastic covered cases and never see the animal’s big, brown eyes. Public hangings would be a suitable deterrent if we were all raised on farms. But we’re raised in insulated, hygienic bubbles and don’t even know where vegetables come from, let alone our meat.
By the way, if we were all raised on farms most of these criminals would never have made it to trial. Home invasions would be rarer than honest politicians.
Why wasn’t he?...where are the men?
“was arrested weeks later for violating his parole.”
needs to be better explained, in what way did he violate parole
This is the fault of the American people who disagree with me.
We need capital punishment in all 50 states and DC. With limited appeals time.
And, of course, I don’t believe in the system of justice with its arrogant judges and destruction of victims’ rights due to suppression of evidence. And lack of stop, question and frisk. And finally, the Miranda rules.
As to the alleged protection of innocent people, I point to the lawfare against the innocent Trump and his associates and supporters who went to prison. No “rights” for them.
The system had its day but a new one is dawning.
This is the one that the child’s father swore he would kill.
I believe there are two futures we face after we die.
1. We RIP for eternity
2. We face God and his judgement
People like this should get down on their knees every night and pray there is no Hell.
Maybe he behaved well because there’s not too many 6 year olds in a prison.
No more good behavior points for you
given this parole violation, one would hope he’s incarcerated for the other eight years yet to be served ...
