After federal judge Indira Talwani sided with Democrats to block the defunding of Big Abortion in the One Big Beautiful Bill Act for a third time, Susan B. Anthony Pro-Life America slammed the pro-abortion activism in a statement:
“The Democrats and their radical activist judges are desperately seeking to thwart the will of the people and bail out the Big Abortion industry, led by Planned Parenthood. The One Big Beautiful Bill Act is federal law passed by Congress and signed by the president. Planned Parenthood’s more than 40 closures this year are a reflection not only of taxpayers finally having their voice heard, but also their failing business model that prioritizes abortion, politics and profits at the expense of women and children,” said SBA Pro-Life America President Marjorie Dannenfelser.
“Even The New York Times admits Planned Parenthood systematically fails the women of America, doing irreparable harm with its substandard so-called ‘care’ all while killing millions of babies – they clearly do not deserve half a billion dollars a year in Medicaid funding. When the public hears just how bad and endemic medical negligence is in the abortion industry, they are even more supportive of defunding. Moreover, better health care options that are more accessible and more comprehensive now outnumber Planned Parenthoods at least 15 to 1, with alternative Medicaid providers in every state.
“This fight is not over. The pro-life movement will work tirelessly to ensure the Democrats do not prevail and taxpayers are never forced to pay a dime to prop up Big Abortion businesses.”
Previously in September, a panel of judges on the 1st U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals – all appointed by former President Joe Biden – reversed Talwani and unblocked the portion of the One Big Beautiful Bill Act that stops forced taxpayer funding of the Big Abortion industry.

I just want to make sure I understand this: The President cannot exercise a line item veto, but a federal judge can exercise a line item putback.
FReepers isn’t there anything that can be done about these so called lib judges?
Impeachment over a ruling one disagrees with is standard democrat practice, but it really doesn’t suit the spirt of the impeachment process as outlined in the Constitution. Impeachment requires 50% + 1 in the House, which might be doable in an egregious case, but conviction in the Senate requires 2/3rds majority, which will never happen to a liberal judge/justice.
I’ve seen suggestions that Congress can use its power to dissolve courts or limit their jurisdiction, but to my knowledge, the latter has never been tried. Again, the hurdle would be getting such a bill successfully through both houses of Congress.
The only viable action is to appeal the ruling, which takes time and lately has been successful, but some judges seem to think that an adverse ruling doesn’t really apply to them.

Colluding-conspiring is done on an informal level. If they have any brains it is not done by email or texts. It is done by phone calls. Or by conversation at a conference or convention.

There is something if Trump had the balls to do it: Announce that only the Supreme court has nation wide authority and hence forth he would only abide by their national decisions and lower courts only in their geographic regions.
