The U.S. Supreme Court could soon extend its administrative stay in the Texas redistricting case that has generated nationwide controversy and headlines for months. If so, a legal analyst told CBS News Texas that it will become a clear signal that the Justices will keep the 2025 congressional maps in place for next year's all-important midterm elections.

As Democrats have been doing incessantly for many decades.
Courts need to get out of drawing congressional districts. It’s a political act and was always intended to be so. Judges making such determinations just undermines confidence in the judiciary. Judges who draw congressional districts are acting politically.

Yep, they civil rights act, although well intended, is and was a disaster, and should have been allowed to expire.
“Judges who draw congressional districts are acting politically.”
And unconstitutionally.
“...and unconstitutionally”...that never seems to deter some “judges”.
